Wonderful. I absolutely recommend this over the Quilceda location ANYTIME! The customer service was phenomenal and in fact they took care of us when Quilceda wasn't providing us great service even though we ordered what we needed through Walmart online for service a couple days later. Arlington offered the best service. Please go see David, or ask for him. He was very knowledgeable over the phone and his staff was super helpful when he couldn't be present. 10/10 recommend!

Went in for an oil change and to have the rear passenger tire checked. I was informed there were people ahead of me, and it would be about an hour wait. Ok, I was fine with that... Then it all went down hill from there At 12:07 car is checked in (Text alert) 1:10 vehicle service is started 1:47 vehicle is ready, not informed in person till 2:00 Informed, my rear passenger tire was popped while service technician was airing it up. Further inspection revealed Wal Mart tech not at fault. Tire was getting ready to go. However, at the end of the day.. the tire popped while in their possession and this was a severe inconvenience to me, so you would think they would prioritize getting me set right? I WAS WRONG! I attempted to purchase tires, told there would be an hour wait. Car checked in at 2:04 PM By 3:43 asked for update, not happy with the answer. Asked to have spare be put on, because at that point my patience level was extremely low, and I just want to get the hell out of there. Exited 4:16 PM very irritated, and driving on a spare. Moral of the story: you get what you pay for. And if you plan on coming here for service of any kind... Assume it's going to take up your whole day, and don't make other plans, and expect some BS sprinkled in between. Lesson learned

Tech I dealt with was outstanding. I believe he was the manager as well. Seemed younger then the other guys who didn't seem the brightest. He was smart, didn't waste time, and wasn't going to let someone waste time or money to support Walmart bottom line which is beneficial to Walmart in the long run. Got me in, got me what I needed, and got me out quickly. Even let he borrow a tool! I'd recommend this Walmart tire center specifically because of him. The Tulalip Walmart I can't say any good things about. Closer to me but I'll drive the extra distance to have someone competent help me out.

Waiting time for oil change depends on days. It takes about 50 min if lucky but usually takes up to 4.5 hours. Do not come here from a distance to save $ 20 - 40. It is not worth.

One of the tires was leaking and I brought the car in without an appointment. They were able to fit me in right away. It turned out it was unrepairable.. I was given many options and they were able to do a temporary fix it for me!!! Mechanic Jesse went above and beyond and he was absolutely amazing!

My god do they need new employees . Came in with my Lexus for an inspection on my passenger tire and the larger girl with brown hair was not educated enough to be in the job position at all . Not only did she not know her stuff regarding the repair I need . But the body odor off that thing . My god . Walmart do better . This is why I stick to target for groceries !

Got my battery changed for very cheap! Way better price than any auto parts store. I had the pleasure of interacting with several employees and all were very helpful and friendly. Sera was personable, Shawn was very kind, Kaylee was very helpful in explaining the different batteries, and Rick was helpful when the door to the outside got stuck. They are a great team. It took a little while because it was busy, but the service was very pleasant.

They let me drop my car off, and did everything they could to help, and they did! I left a happy camper! I was told I needed all new tires by another company (I had a small leak in one tire, and they were newish, still good to go for AWHILE). These amazing people took a deeper look into my tire and found that they were able to patch it!

I don't have a lot of faith in Walmart as a whole and have had poor experiences in other tires centers nearby. However I am completely satisfied with my customer service I received at this tire center, the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable and worked to fit me in on an emergency flat tire because Les Schwab was closed.

We took my car in yesterday for a oil change. It was the best experience ever!! The employees are all so friendly!! There was not much of a wait. Not only did they do a excellent job with the oil change ,but before they gave us the car she had washed the inside and outside of the windshield!! Also vacuumed the car!!! The service was phenomenal!! We won't ever go anywhere else. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!

David, ( customer service at Arlington's Auto Care Center) was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable about making sure I got the correct oil for my new car. I appreciated his useful tips and thorough overview of my car's periodic maintenance needs. I was so glad to have such a high level of service nearby for my car !

Good god.....The absolute worse place for any kind of vehicle issues. Then again, what do you expect from Wal Mart? 😂 The Mechanics are absolutely rude. I legitimately almost threw hands with one the other day. Let's just say, Im lucky I have cameras in my car. Mechanics were reported to corporate and a police report was filed. Do not ever come here. Absolutely disgusting human beings.

Dropped my Subaru off for some snow tires I brought in, so just a mount and balance of four tires. I figured they would be busy on a Sunday with a cold snap a few days away, which they were. The service writer was very friendly, he explained that they would do their best to get me in with their full schedule, I was dropping it off for the day. He explained the price, set clear expectations, and was very friendly. I received a call when it was ready as promised, and during checkout I received prompt, friendly, and professional service. The techs treated my car well, take-off tires were wrapped in tire bags and neatly placed in the car, and the best part is when I got home I verified the tire pressure was right on the mark on all four tires. This is a major deal for me being a Subaru owner, accurate and even tire pressure is critical on all-wheel drive vehicles. I have left other tire shops where they put 50 plus psi in a tire that calls for 30! Great service all around, I will recommend them to friends and family (my wife and I are already customers).

I wouldn't normally plug WalMart, but after calling all of the Everett auto centers near me for a tire quote and having none of them answer the phone, I called the Smokey Point WalMart auto center. They actually picked up the phone, so I scheduled the service there. When I took my son's new-to-him car in to get the tires mounted they called me back to the service center to tell me that he only needed two tires, not four. They could have easily just sold me the other two anyway. I sincerely appreciate the honesty and wanted to let people know about it. We were on a tight budget and they saved me a good deal of cash that day.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Walmart Arlington Auto Care Center Washington. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I arrived on time. Initially, they told me there would be a one-hour delay because they started late, so I expected them to begin my work by 10:00 AM. However, even after waiting for 2.5 hours, they still hadn’t started on my car. What made things worse was their complete lack of professionalism. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay, and it seemed like this kind of poor service was normal for them. Their casual attitude showed no respect for customers’ time. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I will not be returning to Walmart Auto Care Center, and I recommend avoiding this place if you value your time and expect basic customer service.
