Read the negative reviews but recently got my tires replaced here at a fraction of the price at any other shop. Took about an hour to get done, with appointment. People were competent and actually torqued lugs to spec along with filling air to proper pressure. All tires seem to be properly balanced as well. Along with basically free road hazard protection, I will always come here now.

They service is horrible!!! I bought 4 tires plus hazard insurance, today I got flat tires and just for repair my tire takes 6 hours !!! Most employees were so unprofessional and super slow and they didn’t care about customer’s time!!! First they said my car will get done in one hour but they lied and very rude! Even the manager was more rude than other employees! I asked them several times I need to get done my car but they didn’t care at all!! It was the worse experience ever in all tire center in us! If you want to save your time and your nerve never go to this place!!!!!!!

I had a terrible experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Marysville, WA. I arrived at 7 a.m. to get an oil change, and I was told it would take 2-2.5 hours. After waiting for nearly 3 hours, they informed me that I would have to wait another hour to an hour and a half! The staff was extremely rude, slow, and completely unprofessional. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Pésimo servicio en su totalidad definitivamente no vuelvo a venir aquí, el personal es super lento llegue a las 1:30 pm y ya eran las 4:30 le pregunté al gerente si ya iba a estar mi auto por qué ya era demasiado tiempo de espera y me respondió que ya le iban a empezar a rellenar el aceite es increíble que tarden tanto en un simple cambio de aceite si quieres perder 4 horas de tu tiempo te recomiendo este lugar.

Most incompetent tire service place in the entire country. Came in at 10:30 am to get a nail out for my tire (25 min max repair) and left at 2:30 pm to be told “they can’t do it”. I then took my car 4 miles down the road to discount tire who looked at my tire and said it was “an easy fix” and it was “just a small nail” and offered to do the job for free (which they did). What a joke and waste of my day that I took work off for. On top of that, everyone just stands around and talks and doesn’t work, or they pretend to work by squeegeeing a car window over and over and over so they don’t have to do real work. They also hide when customers are at the counter because they don’t want to help them and magically show up once the customers at the counter leave. And when they were all huddled up all they talked about was how excited they were to get off work. So embarrassing for them, I’m never going to Walmart ever again for my tires or oil change because of this place. Do not go here, go somewhere else. These people have zero clue what they are doing and will destroy your vehicle.

Staff was very nice, but Walmart needs to provide clean uniforms daily to its employees. The Auto Care workers I observed where covered in grease...looks bad.

Do you value your time and good customer service or do you value your dollar? If you value your dollar then get your vehicle serviced here. You get what you pay for here. Terrible customer service with employees that work like slugs. It’ll be the cheapest price around though whether you’re getting an oil change or tires.
