Nick and Mike are simply amazing. They got me hooked up. And this is no joke. They found wheels that I loved but didnt come in my lug pattern. They called the wheel company and had them custom drill the wheels to fit my car!!! Who does that??? These guys!!! A 2 week wait but I got what I wanted and they look great. I have been back for other stuff for my suburban and treat like family!!!

I went in to Big O Tires for the first time to get an alignment. Dorian was friendly when scheduling my appointment and upon arrival. During the check out process Dorian and the tall guy with the infectious smile (didn’t get his name, but you’ll know him) were super personable. I was surprised to learn that they were both new. They didn’t try to upsell me or get me to commit to another service/product. Awesome customer service! Before going in, when I let go of my wheel, my car veered right. I tested it when I got my car back and she’s perfectly aligned. Taking into consideration, the price, quality, and customer service, I would highly recommend Big O Tires for your next service!

Great prices on wheel and tire packages! Customer service is amazing. Will recommend over all other area tire and wheel shops. 22 s sit perfect in the fender. Best tire brand tires are pretty stick, smoke well and have a great value.

To start off I shopped around and found that Big O had the best price for tires on my camping van. I ordered them based on the search by vehicle option on the website. I called at talked to Christiana and confirmed that the tires would be there by my appointment . She confirmed the van information. Said nothing. 2 weeks later I Show up to my appointment to find out that the tires I ordered can’t be put on my van. And that the website was wrong. And that the tires they can get on the Van are about $267 more expensive and after I complained they gave me the “discount” of buy 3 get one free.And ended up being $160 more than i expected. They gave an elderly mad the same “discount” while I waited for my tires to be mounted… Was told the appointment would be about an hour. Appointment ended up being 3 hours. I suspect that I am not the only person that they have swindled y getting them in the door with one price and then switching to more expensive tires because of a technical issue that the website missed. Yes the tires fit. Yes they got them on. That is why they get 2 stars not 1. Edit: after this review the store manager called and gave me an in store credit for the $160 difference in tires. So I gave them a second chance. Fast forward a few months and I needed tires on my car and seeing as I had the store credit I thought “hey why not” so once again I went to the website. Picked the tires I wanted and selected an additional wheel alignment. I got The estimate for the tires, minus the cost of an alignment as the website cannot be bothered to know the price of the services the store provides….. After I dropped the car off I was contacted and told I needed new lug nuts for another $70.. and after all said and done my bill was almost $200 more than the estimated cost AFTER the $160 credit was applied. That will be the last time my family will use this location of BIG -0 tires. Both times we came in for tires, we came in expecting one price and left with a much higher bill. Savanah is the one shining hope this store has. She was polite, apologized when the tech forgot to give me the key to remove the $70 lug nuts, and I had to drive back to the store the next day. But at the end of the day, one good employee will not mean that Big-o gets our money moving forward. Changing to 1 star for fooling me twice.

Edit-I emailed corporate like their response to me said and I’ve heard nothing back. I’m not surprised. I will never do business with Big O again. Went in for new tires and an alignment. 2 months later and the brand new tires are shot because the alignment wasn’t done right. On top of that they wanted to charge me almost $2000 for 4 new brakes, rotors and calipers. When I took it to the dealership I was told there is nothing wrong with the calipers or rotors and I only needed two new brake pads. My husband went back to talk to the manager about the crap job they did and wanted them to fix the alignment and replace the two tires that are shot now and was told the best they could do is 50% off for new tires and alignment. I will never trust Big O again. Waste of money and shady mechanics. Don’t take your vehicle here.

I had the chance to stop by the Big-O Tire store in Marysville to check out some new tires for my Jeep Wrangler. Right off the bat, I could tell things have changed for the better. The store is under new ownership, and you can really feel the difference. The atmosphere was more positive, the employees seemed to work well together, and they treated me (and other customers) with real care and attention. When I showed up, I’ll admit I was asking for the world top-of-the-line tires and rims that were way out of my budget. But the team at Big-O Tire didn’t miss a beat. They listened to what I was looking for, helped me explore some great options, and ended up finding me a fantastic setup that looked great and still fit my budget. The install was quick, professional, and smooth. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and easy to work with. Honestly, it was one of the better customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’m glad I stopped in, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend them to others.

I will never go back to them, took my car in for an alignment because I was going through tires and after there done with my car I pay and leave, got on the road and it was pulling to the right and shaking. So I took it back 3 times for them to fix it and still did the same thing.. Highly don’t recommend them at all

The service and attention to detail here is second to none. All I was having done was having tpms sensors installed. The service I received was more like I was having tires installed on a fleet of vehicles. They have earned my business from Les Schwab . I will definitely be coming back for winter tires on our EV’s. Do yourself a money saving favor and stop in next time you need brakes, tires or wheels.

Big O Tires in Marysville is great. Nice owner + employees. Reasonably priced. They’re very timely in getting the auto repaired, & they do great work. Highly recommend! Only drawback is they’re not handicapped accessible.

This place really exceeded expectations. I usually buy my tires at Costco, but Big O had my favorite Brigestone tires and at a better price, which surprised me. What really made the difference, though, was the service. The owner, David, was there in person and took the time to make sure everything was handled right. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused—no pressure, just honest help. I didn’t realize they could take care of my oil change, but they do offer that service and it was at a good price with quality synthetic oil so I killed two birds of one stone. I’ll definitely be back.

I've been a loyal customer of Big O Tires for years and just realized I haven't left a review yet. Over the years, they've taken care of all our vehicles in various ways. Recently , we faced an issue where our tires were really low on air, and we discovered that the metal tire valve stems were seized on, preventing us from inflating them. Thankfully, they managed to get us in same day and had us back on the road in no time. The pricing was excellent, especially considering how much it relieved the stress of heading into the winter/holiday season with low tire pressure. It's a great place, and they'll definitely continue to have our business!
