I had a bad experience, they striped out the bolt on my oil pan and didn't tell my wife, when it came time to change it again they would not. They said someone striped the bolt.I said your help did it. Well, they would not pay for a new oil pan or try to make it right.đŹđŁ

Horrible experience when getting my oil changed!! Do not take your car here unless you want it to blow up!! Removed my oil drain plug and put a different one on it (without asking me) the next day my oil light came on when I took my car back in they told me it was fine. 3 weeks later I have no oil left in my car no oil light had came on in my vehicle. When calling them explaining the situation they told me they did not do any of this. I had to have it reserviced and found that my fuse to my inspectioion/oil light had been took out. The oil drain plug had a metal washer on it that was way to small and had what appeared to be Bondoo type sealant around it. When going to Walmart the manager over the auto center was extremely rude saying they do not use metal washers there, I showed him the metal washer that came off of it he commented âthatâs why you donât have any oil, you took that offâ obviously I had to have it fixed and that was the aftermath. So rude, horrible customer service spend the extra money and take your vehicle somewhere that wonât screw you over!!

Did a great job on mounting and balancing 2 tires on my dually. Only bad thing is the time it took them to perform the job. Not many clients that night. Took them 2 hours to swap 2 tires out.

I rolled into the auto center today (Sunday) at 5:51 pm, they close at 6. I was driving from Greeneville back home to Johnson City when my car alerted me I had low tire pressure. I pulled over and it was almost flat. I could see a piece of metal sticking out. I filled it up with air and decided to try to make it home. I could hear the air leaking. I knew it being Sunday nothing was open so I didn't have many options. I rushed to try to make it to Walmart on West Market Street, already telling myself they werent going to help me because it was getting ready to close. I was 10000% wrong. The entire automotive staff was so nice and helpful. Didn't hesitate when I pulled up to just go ahead and greet me and get right to work helping me. They didn't even seem irritated! (Not going to lie, I probably would have!) they were wonderful. They patched my tire and I paid fir the service at 6:40 a whole 40 minutes after they should have been on their way home. I thanked them for being life savers and they commented how they hoped if their wife was in trouble and needed to get back home safely that someone would help her. It's not often you deal with people like who I dealt with today. Thank you West Market Walmart auto station for being amazing today!

Don't get in a hurry for tire balancing. 2 hours waiting. While the employees did their personal time doing nothing. Chit chatting with each other. Eating. Definitely need new managment

Fantastic service. My regular place where I take my Nissan denied me service because my â78 Nova is âtoo old.â Really? I came here based upon my friend Lindaâs suggestion and everyone was very helpful. They had a friendly staff and the had fun driving the âol American Muscle around the lot. Scheduled an appointment online for 11a. Three people in front of me and none had appointments and I was told It would be 1 1/2 Hours for an oil change. Then why even offer online appointments if you are not going to honor them. Frustrating and disappointing experience. Wonât be back.

Terrible from the get go, 1st I waited for 30 mins to even be greeted by anyone, finally when someone came to check me in for a tire rotation they said oh it won't take long, so I went inside and did my shopping, an hour and half later I figured my car would surly be done. No they hadn't even started on it, I asked politely how much longer it would be and was told up to 2 hours, well almost 4 hours for a tire rotation is ridiculous so I asked if they could pull my car back I no longer wanted the service. They did and the guy driving my car whipped it out of the garage so fast that my tires screeched. I was highly pissed and don't recommend this garage to anyone!

Nice bunch of guys. Were able to get me in quick and check a leak that turned out to be unrepairable. None the less were nice enough to put my spare on, check if they had one in that size, and give me suggestion of what to do. Best Walmart auto center to go to in our area by far.

On a short-term but critical time at 6:45 they got me in instead of shutting down. And overall decent and nice people. This was after being lied to by a different provider causing me to be so late before a travel trip. So most of my experience with Walmart is not good but this particular instance they did a really good job.

It's almost comical how good Walmart is at everything. As long as you make an appointment online before going in they will have whatever you need done before you even finish shopping. Not only that, it's cheaper than any other place in town. Oil change? 15 minutes. Tires? 35 minutes. And you get free lifetime rotations and balancing. And free battery installation too. I just wish they did transmission and differential fluid too. Only gripe I have is that they beat the crap out of rims with the rotations or anything tire related. Probably have two dozen chipped paint flakes on my rims after going to them just twice.

I had to take my 2021 Silverado in to get a nail removed from a tire and plugged while visiting TN for the weekend. This was my first time visiting this Walmart as we were on a road trip from Michigan and also the first time I have been disappointed with the outcome at a Walmart auto care center. The technician was polite and attentive but also frustrated as it was 7:30am before management unlocked his service area doors (they're supposed to be open at 7:00am) and several customers were there at 7:00am promptly including myself. This was the first time any wheel had been off my truck after buying it new in February 2022 and it got scratched pretty good during the flat repair process. I wasn't able to inspect the wheel before I left because it was pouring down rain. The valve stem cap was also lost and replaced with one that doesn't fit properly. It's not difficult to place the cap in a pocket and put it back on when done. And, the tire pressure was low. I had asked to have the other 3 tires checked for nails since we were on a road trip and it doesn't appear that they were checked since the pressures were all over the place (31 in the fixed tire, 33, 35 and 37 in the others when they should have all had 35). The price was fair and didn't take too long for the work to be done but still a disappointing experience all things considered.

I made an appointment for an oil change, which asks the type of vehicle. I have the engine size and the model. I got to the facility dropped my car off. Was walking around the store shopping when I received a phone call from one of the auto techs telling me that they donât have an oil filter to fit my car anywhere in the store that they were out of stock. Then he tells me that I can go over to OâReillyâs auto parts and pick up an oil filter. (Fram ) and they will replace it. Even though when I made the appointment the vehicle info was given. I asked them just not to bother changing the oil filter but they would not do that. They would not send somebody over to get it and I had a shopping cart full of items that I was purchasing so I had to have my daughter drive to OâReillys pick up an oil filter and bring it to the store, however Oriellys does not sell fram as there have been issues with them and I was told the very same thing by a employee at Walmart service, why would they even sell them if that was the case?. Then I did not receive a text message or anything saying it was finished. I just happened to go outside and see it sitting there. The oil filter that I had purchased from OâReillys cost me $16. Walmart still charged me for the full amount of an oil change they would not credit me for any of the inconvenience. This is very unprofessional at best. Not to mention that the day after and the following day I received text from Walmart saying that my vehicle was being brought in for service or the service was completed two days later. My car wasnât even in there. Iâve used numerous Walmart locations for oil changes. This is by far the worst yet.
