Came in with nail in my tire leaking bout to pop was told “maybe a manager would let us take care of it” and the manager upfront wanted to, her words were even they’re supposed to take you if it’s a EMERGENCY. She had to check it with a bigger boss she had us waiting, as my tires going flat! Comes back and THESE PEOPLE really sent us on our way and told us deal with it. No more good in the world.

This place is very disorganized. In order to wait your turn, there are 2 lanes people pull there cars up to. The gentleman checking people in was moving quite slowly, and based on his body language and facial expressions he was not happy to be there. I sat in line for half an hour and was never acknowledged. A big truck pulled up and hollered at the worker, so the worker skipped me and went over and started signing him in. I guess the squeaky wheel gets helped first. The place has 5 bays: 3 are labeled for oil changes, the other 2 for tires. Only one of the oil bays was open. I gave up and left. I'm sorry I wasted half an hour there period. I went up the road to Midas who do an oil change for $24.99, plus They have customer service

Ordered 4 tires online using my wife's account. Made appointment to install at 9 am. Arrived right on time and didn't see a lot of cars around. One car was on the tire mounting rack. First the guy who checked me in took issue that the purchase was in my wife's name, insisting that she had to be present. I had a copy of the online purchase receipt with her name on it, but he refused to consider it. He insisted that I could only have the tires mounted as a walk-in. Two hours and 45 minutes later I got my car back with four new tires. I was furious. When I complained to the clerk at the checkout counter about the long wait time, she said that I should have made an appointment. Talk about adding salt to a wound! I'll never do business at this location again.

Very disappointing experience as a first-time customer. I requested Mobil oil for my vehicle, but was given Pennzoil instead without any prior notice or explanation. While my vehicle was being serviced, I stood outside the marked area (behind the chain rope as instructed), simply observing from a distance. Despite respecting the boundary, a technician still approached me and questioned why I was there and what I was doing. I found this quite unnecessary and uncomfortable. I didn't realize that showing a basic interest in the service being done on my vehicle was an issue. Not a welcoming or professional experience for a new customer. Can't evaluate the service other than that.

Nice people, but the service is extremely slow. Brought in the car around 2:30pm, was behind two other cars, one unknown problem another with an engine problem. Still here at 6:15pm, when asked how much longer it would take, I was told that the main tech for tires was on break and they don't know how much longer it would take. Pretty bad service for a simple flat repair. After asking one of the guys multiple times, he finally told that my warranty wouldn't cover it and that I would have to purchase a new tire. Never again, Walmart.

Made an 8am appointment for installation of two new tires. Arrived at 7:30am. Long line. Very slow and inefficient check in process. Finally was checked in at 8:30. Noticed they didn’t begin work on vehicle until nearly 10:30am (apparently they took walk-ins ahead of appointments). Finally out of there at 11:30am, almost four hours after arriving, and with a host of extra charges no one had mentioned. Very bad experience.

We were put in an awkward situation when the scruffy faced manager became angry when a customer called him out on a lie as to why he wouldn’t accept a return. We weee trying to make sense of what had happened when he walked by and I caught 100% the smell of liquor on his breath. I guess the party starts early at Walmart these days.

3 hours to do tires. The employees won’t address customers at the counter. When I went up to pick up my vehicle, they couldn’t find my keys and there were several other people waiting because the staff couldn’t find their keys either. Ridiculous. Whichever mechanic mounted my wheels back on the truck used an impact gun to tighten the lug nuts and rounded off every single lug nut on each wheel. 32 lug nuts. This isn’t nascar, use a torque wrench.

Brought my car in for a tire change and had a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and I felt very pleased with the service done. I would also like to shoutout Martin who was exceptionally kind and helpful.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with unprofessional associates. I have a warranty for my tires, but I had two flat tires, and I barely arrived at the location. They refused to help me while I bought these tires less than a year. Very disappointed. I was forced to go to another tire repair to get fixed.😒😒😒

Service has greatly improved since my last visit. I bought a couple new tires for my car and I scheduled an oil change for the same hour block on the Walmart App. The app said the tires would fit my car but when I arrived at the auto center, the gentleman checking in my car noticed they were the wrong size. Fortunately they had some of the correct size tires in stock and I was able to purchase them and pay a new service fee in store. My online tire order has to be cancelled by chatting with an agent on the app. While the auto center did manage to change all of my tires and also give me the oil change for my double booking, I do not recommend double scheduling these services.

The service here is great. The most economical oil change anywhere around... They go through your whole vehicle and give you a readout it's wonderful 👍

Very rude. I pulled up, needing to have my tire pressure checked and air in my tires. The associate, a native man, walked up to my car, asked me what I needed. I explained what I needed done and he interrupted me, basically telling me to shut up, "air, one word, you need air in your tires". Proceeded to do a half ass job and didn't even tell me if he was finished or if anything was okay and walked off. Don't come here.

Took 3.5 hours to install 4 tires even though I had an appointment, broke off a wheel stud (no attempt run and get the part to fix), and charged me for TPM on a 20 year old truck. Absolutely not worth it!

I know how Albuquerque can be I get we are living in angry times. But you never expect to be treated like you’re dealing with a weed dealer from the 90’s or something when you literally just pull into the auto department wanting to purchase a battery for your car When the battery craps out. When I first pulled in, I was told it would be 90 minutes max. And that was literally to hook it up to a larger machine rather than a smaller one? 90 minutes later, they decide to tell me oh you’re Order was canceled like 10 minutes after pulling in. Then tell me, why am I still waiting in the waiting room you told me to wait in? And why could you not find me there to tell me this issue as soon as it arose? Long story short, I was being cussed out by a mechanic because apparently I should’ve just known it was ready, And by ready, I don’t mean fixed and ready. No I still had all the same issues I pulled up in the only difference being 90 minutes of my life was wasted, and I still had to drive with a life-threatening vehicle Somewhere else because they refuse to sell me a battery for whatever reason? Just don’t trust that your vehicle is actually gonna get fixed when you pull into this auto department. Don’t feel relieved that “my car made it!” Because you might as well be just broke down in the middle of the road With the help you’re gonna receive.

I arrived at 4pm to get a replacement battery and have it installed. They said maybe about an 1hr to 1.5hrs. It wasn't until 6:22pm that they even started on my car. And then from there I don't think I finally left until Maybe around 7pm when they were closing. Seriously almost 3hrs to replace and install my battery. I was even talking to other guests and they said they were waiting about 3hrs. And even said last time they came here with an appointment and for an oil change and that was about 2hrs after their appointment. I really don't think they know how to efficiently maximize their time. After looking at other reviews, it looks like this is a common experience here. Takes hours to get the simplest of things done. I should have just asked if I could use their tools (doubt they would let me)and I would have done it faster myself.

I tried returning four brand new, unmounted Cooper tires to the Auto Care Center at this location with my receipt and under the 30 days allowed for returns. The manager in charge straight up refused to take them stating that he didn’t carry this brand or model which turned out to be a lie. He didn’t expect to be called out and instead of taking them back, became irate and confrontational. So much for Walmart Customer Service. Obviously I’m disappointed I could not return tires I no longer need but I’m more disappointed a Walmart manager felt the need to assume I’m an idiot and lie to my face. Shameless.

I had a 7am appointment for the installation of 4 tires. At 9.45, my car is still in the shop. No sense of urgency or recognition that they said an hour. Never again. I will not shop walmart again for anything.

All I needed was a tire fixed. I waited two hours. Then he tells me it needs to be replaced. I ask him, "My tire is under warranty how much for pro-rate"? Twenty minutes he comes back with no answer, but asking me if I want to pay for a new warranty on this tire. Again how much is it going to cost me? He doesn't know. I told him I'll probably do it the tire is a few months old. Hour and an half later I'm still here waiting. One tire 3 1/2 hours.

Excellent service. The team was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to help me understand how to access my taillight for a project I'm working on. The manager was great. They installed headlights quickly, and I’ll be back to have them put in some new turn signal bulbs. Very kind. Highly recommend! Thank you!
