Had the best time working with Alexis to buy my Jeep! She really went above and beyond to help me, she even came in on her day off while she was recovering from dental surgery just to make sure I got the best service and deal possible! Everyone at this dealership was so friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of vehicles at very competitive prices. The Jeep I bought here was the first one I test drove, then I went to several other dealerships after…but still ended up coming back to this dealership to make my final purchase because none of the others compared!

Worst auto buying experience of my life. Left the dealership and the vehicle had problems before we even got home with it. Check engine light was on 20 miles from the dealership. Coolant leaking, evap emissions control leaking, bad injector on 1 cylinder. Took it back to them on a tow truck ($400) got it back over a week later, driving home, same issues, coolant leaked out by 30 miles from the dealership, bad injector, and evap leak. Made them come get it the second time, was in their shop almost 2 weeks, until the day the warranty ran out. Went to bring it home, same mess, bad injector, evap leak. Took it to an actual jeep dealership, it had a bad head, injector, evap, oil pan gasket leak, all in all over $6,000 in repairs. Buying from this place is a huge gamble. They have the most incompetent shop staff there is so the 30 day warranty is useless, a lot of vehicles they sell have been wrecked previously and they do the cosmetics of repair, but don't fix the mechanical side of things. We looked at 3 other vehicles which all had obvious mechanical defects, engine knock, warning lights etc. We bought the one we bought as it didn't have any immediate signs of mechanical issues. Little did we know that when it did, they would just run out the clock on the warranty and send it back to us still broken and pretty much tell us to screw off. It's now the most expensive "beater" vehicle in history. Definitely wouldn't trust it to take my family anywhere. BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!

TLDR: I cannot recommend this dealership for used cars and I will definitely NEVER visit this dealership again. I can't trust the inspection report from them, I can't trust the sales manager, so this dealership is an absolute NOPE. I found the car I wanted online and prearranged financing. I came in with everything all set up, I just needed to test drive and see how the car ran. It seemed OK, not perfect there was some staining in the interior and the passenger visor was broken, but none of that was a deal breaker for me, it was a reasonable price, so I went ahead with the purchase. What happened during the car buying process should have tipped me off that I should not be dealing with them. With the price agreed to, and the financing pre-arranged through Nusenda, all I should need to to is fill out the paperwork for title and be on my way. Well, they proceeded to push me to use their financing and when I didn't agree, the sales manager had to come lean on me harder. I totally understand that they want me to get financing through them, they get an additional fee and make a little more money, but I said "NO" in fact I said "NO" 4 or 5 times before they stopped pushing it. THAT was... annoying, but what happened next was completely dishonest. AFTER I had already told them OVER and OVER that I didnt want to use in-house financing, they asked me to fill out all of the financing paperwork anyway. After I argued a bit, I finally just did it, except when it came to the signature to allow them to run my credit, I wrote "No, not authorized." The salesman took the paperwork and then the sales manager returned saying they HAVE to run my credit to access my already approved loan, through Nusenda. I told him that I know I just need the purchase order to provide to the branch the following day. We then got into a staring match/argument for the next 20 minutes. He finally gave up and I got the purchase order and left with the car. Proving that he was being dishonest about HAVING to have this information to sell the vehicle. Keep in mind I was NOT haggling over price, I was simply just trying to pay the internet price using a prearranged loan. This should have been a 30 to 40 minute operation, and it took over 3 hours of arguing with the sales manager to just SELL ME THE CAR. The loan officer at Nusenda confirmed the next day that some dishonest sales managers try to poach customers at the last minute like this, all the time. To make matters worse, about 3 weeks later little plastic pieces started falling off various spots of the car, they were obviously just lazily glued in place to last about a month, or so. Then about 8 months later, the car was riding terribly and I took it in to get the suspension looked at and the car was riding metal on metal, the suspension was cracked completely through. This is not something that would have happened, start to finish, in 8 months. This was something that should have been identified in their dealer inspection that they provided to me. Its clear that they did not do the inspection and just faked it. I can't trust the inspection report from them, I can't trust the sales manager, so this dealership is an absolute NOPE.

Jesse, you're awesome, loving the car, and the air freshener haha. The dealer you work for has gotten slimy. Between my girlfriend and I we have purchased 3 cars from M&F. I drove in from out of town, got a price on a car. Came back a few days later to make the deal. They said that deal didn't stand, knowing I drove 90 minutes in. Ok, decided I did not want to drive to Phoenix for the other car and agreed to the $500 increase, but I was irritated. Close the deal and the next day get a call saying the finance person messed up and I owed $250 additional for some tax. Quite frustrated but paid it. Just want to say to M&F, that $750 cost M&F, and Jesse, a sale. Bought a 2024 Land Cruiser from another dealer, and will not buy another car from M&F again.

Bought a vehicle here last weekend. I told them when I got there that I have been preapproved for an auto loan at 6% by my bank. They were aware of this. I just realized today that they ran my credit a second time while I was there. Not sure why that happened because it was not necessary because as I said I was pre approved by my bank. It certainly makes me feel like I was taking advantage of. And now when I go to double check my paperwork the interest rate is 6.3%, which I did not notice when I had signed it. I can only imagine that the .3% increase is from the dealership running my credit second time unnecessarily? The second key fob that they gave me is dying, so that will need to be replaced as well. I can only hope that the dealership would help me out with the key fob since they gave it to me. Happy with my car, but really not happy with the experience. I feel like it was unprofessional to run my credit a second time without my knowledge because I did not know.

Love bringing both of my vehicles to this shop, they are very skilled and knowledgeable about vehicles they are working on, fast friendly service. Plus I never have to wait more than a week for my vehicle to be ready, from drop off , inspection, parts installation and return I’m back on the road in a day or two (depending on how damaged your car or truck are. Dropped off my wife’s car early on a Friday if I remember correctly just needed an alternator and a belt was back at the shop in hours. Fast , friendly ,service. Thanks M&F
