Had a drink truck and couldn’t find anyone to work on it. Michael at Roberts fixed it, was extremely communicative and I was very pleased. With the service. A week later had an unrelated issue on the truck and Michael went above and beyond to fix it quickly on the same day. They are my new go-to for truck repair and highly recommend them!!

I am disappointed. There are a few good points, so let's start with those. The actual technician on my case seems very knowledgeable and experienced. Very happy with him, and he is the reason this isn't a 1 star rating. The negatives: The manager, while friendly and does try his best it seems, is just not competent enough to have the role that he does. When I specifically asked, more than once, whether they could to a radiator flush with some high flow (and thus also high dynamic pressure) in reverse to see if any potential blockages could be dislodged, he said he needed to check and come back but it shouldn't be a problem. I again clarified that I did not want a simple chemical cleaning only as flushing with low flow and rinsing had already been done and that cold spots on the radiator had been identified. After a few days of calls back and forth, I was reassured that this would be done. Summary: it wasn't done and the technician seemed surprised when I asked if he even flushed in reverse. Fuerhermore, they charged over 1000 usd for this, and when I before the work began asked if they took american express was reassured they did. They do not. I then wanted to pay with debit card to avoid the 3% extra charge, but the manager could not figure out how to do so and thus forced me to pay with another credit card instead so to justify the extra 3% charge. I was in a tight spot and needed this work done a specific day, which is why this whole thing was planned in advance. I even emailed photos upon request and described in an email all the relevant diagnostic details that led to the conclusion of what work needed to be done. He obviously did not put the pieces together but just wanted the money. He also never relayed any of the really relevant information to the technician who probably would have helped him. Given our situation I extracted the best information I could from the technician and paid because we needed to leave. But I regret ever starting business at this site. Will never return unless I only have to deal directly with the technicians and no one else. Update: The actual manager called me, turns out the person I thought was a manager was only a service advisor. The manager offered some vague reductions on labor costs in an attempt to right this situation, but we have no way to make it back to any site they are at in the foreseeable future. He then started digging into the problems we've seen with our vehicle, and I never told him but I've worked in bus/truck workshops myself. He tried to explain to me that certain things were wrong on my bus that aren't. Some rear engine buses do have the engine fan push air out through the rear radiator and not pull it in. But he lost interest in the discussion after being wrong on a few technical details and left me hanging as well. This is rather unprofessional through and through. Either stick with the lead on trying to diagnose something together over the phone and accept that one person cannot know everything, or don't try to make the customer believe something is wrong when it isn't. This has now been degraded from a two star to a one star review.

I got work done here on my truck a couple of weeks ago and I needed a part to be installed, but once they installed it they didn’t tighten the bolts and it was leaking. I came back and had them tighten it the next day and today it was leaking again. This is the worse international dealership to get work done.

went in after getting a computer diagnostic from a truck stop detailing issues I was having regarding an injector malfunction. ended up ballooning with wants to throw parts at it since some parts where worn but functioning. ended up with the injector fixed thankfully, and some fuel system sensors replaced but still having issues. ended up, the sensors pulled for being faulty where reporting correctly and where giving information regarding the actual issue, but basically, it was part cannoned and didn't resolve the true underlying issue. went to another shop and they diagnosed the final true issue. personally? they are a good shop for company truckers, but don't use them if you are just a private driver not driving commercially. parts are quality but labor and fees are not cheap. if your low on cash, this isn't your shop.

I called in because I was having trouble finding something on my specific vehicle and talked to dangelo v, and he was extremely helpful, gave a good description of what I was looking for, and let me send pictures over email to make sure I had it right. He really didn't have to do that, but it helped a lot!

Great service, friendly staff. They don't normally work on Ram 5500's but agreed to change my fuel filters since I already had the filters. They completed the task and got me back on the road in no time. 💪🏾💪🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I called in and asked them if they could just scan my ABS Code that had popped up on my ford tow truck. When I came in I explicitly told them I only wanted them to check the code and let me know what it is. I was told they won’t have time to check it until tomorrow and that I can leave the truck there with them and they would call me back when they were able to check the code. The next day I got an email in the afternoon, still no phone call, with an estimate for $9,000 worth of work that they wanted to do. I immediately called in and declined the work that they wanted to do and said I’ll just come in and pick up my truck. When I arrived the Service department told me I had a bill for $660 I needed to pay before I could get my truck back. I told them that all I wanted was for them to read my abs code and let me know what the code was. They told me that they did a two hour diagnostic at a shop rate of $221 an hour and that I would also need to pay the “computer hook up fee” of over $100. The service department told me they couldn’t budge on the price even though they performed work I didn’t ask for. They also stated that if I had just wanted my code for the abs read, then I should have just asked for a health report and I wouldn’t have been charged. Then why was I given a two hour diagnostic instead of a simple health report, even though from the moment I came in I had solely asked for them to read my abs code and that’s it? If you have a large fleet and can afford to throw away cash then this is the place for you. For the small start ups and people looking for work on their personal trucks, please steer clear. Update: I got a call back from the Service Manager very upset with the fact that I gave them a bad review. He offered no recourse or any desire to make the situation better. The service manager proceeded to tell me that I didn’t have the right to be upset because I brought a ford to an international truck shop. Well, when the ford dealership tells me that they can’t check my abs code because they don’t work on bendix air systems and they refer me to you guys, maybe you guys should have declined service if you’re not willing to work on trucks other than internationals. I never asked you guys to do anything for free. But I did ask that the only work I wanted to be done on my truck was for the abs code to be read, that’s it. I did not ask for a full diagnostic, but that’s what I was given. Getting a bill for $660, when all that was asked for was for a code to be read, would make any person upset. The service manager continued to tell me that that fact I declined their $9,000 worth of work they wanted to do to my truck, that I’m putting my trucks motor at risk of blowing because the air compressor could be going out? I’m sorry but I’ve worked at multiple Peterbilts and I had a hard time understanding that the person who runs the service side of a truck center is telling me that an air compressor is going to blow my engine? If you can’t handle a little bit of profanity in the truck world then you’re not meant for it and you need to find a new job.

Good job, but like every truck dealer shop , very very very expensive. You will get good discounts on the parts, but still remains expensive. Maybe is not there fault, but if you drive hard for about the 60 days, and one not too big repair, mostly like maintenance on the truck, get you back to zero, DEFINITELY SOMEWERE IS BIG MISTAKE ( I said " mistake" because another wort is SPECULA )!!!! Josh is the guy in the service department you can work with, very understandable and down to earth person . Tnx Josh

What a wonderful shop. Great crew. Immaculate shop. I'm so thankful they could get our School Bus conversion squared away so we could get home! I hope to not be their customer again, but if I need to be, I'll be happy to be here.

I am so happy with this business. They have great depth of knowledge. They were able to help me figure out some things other mechanics have not been able to do. Todd (the mobile mechanic AKA the brute squad) had wonderful mechanical skill and service department (Matt) had tons of confidence in him. Everybody was very happy and friendly. All of this tells me this is a good work environment! They also recommend Action Glass for a broken windshield on my Skoolie. They also did a wonderful job! All around- Thank you!

If you want honest, good and down to earth service, this is a good place to come. Josh makes you feel right at home, like a long lost cousin! Had my truck in and out the same day! Everybody seems to be in good moods and love working with each other, you can tell by the service you get! 10 stars
