I am from out of town and got recommended to go to Hodges Automotive when we had a small oil leak that was burning. They got me in at 7 am we’re very honest, fixed the problem on the spot and charged me very fairly. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with Hodges Automotive Repair. We took our RV in for what was supposed to be routine maintenance. While they were looking everything over, they found some very important problems that could have left us stranded on a road somewhere in backcountry. They gave a call, we came in and they showed us the problems with the RV. We thought it would take around two months to fix, as when we take it to Tom's RV, they hold it anywhere from three months to a year. Not only did Hodges not keep it for 3 months, they completed all the repairs we okayed in a week. We were shocked, thrilled and excited to have our RV back in time to go out for spring travel. I had never used Hodges before so I didn't know what to expect. From the outside it's just a plain, uninteresting building. But when I walked in, it was nothing like a lot of the small mechanic shops, which tend to be dark, grungy and a little on the dilapidated side. The lobby was bright, well-lit, decorated nicely with comfortable chairs, hand sanitizer and Kleenex. Way more than you find in most small mechanics offices. The service counter was very nice, well-made and pretty to look at. It also had a plastic partition for covid-19 purposes. The upfront person behind the counter was very nice! She was able to help me and take care of everything. She was very efficient, professional, but also courteous. I think we found our new, permanent RV mechanic. Thanks, Hodges.

I would highly recommend this place. Jack has worked on my previous Mercedes in the past and did a great job!! Unfortunately, they don’t work on Mercedes anymore, but if they did, I would definitely still be using these guys.

They did good work on my Cadillac oil leak problem in January. This shop was highly recommended. I took the same car back to have an alternator replaced. The price was higher than average. I asked to hold on ordering the part so I could check prices. I was directed to come pick my car up immediately. I live on the Westside with a disable wife. So this made it very inconvenient. They wouldn't even let me leave it overnight to pick it up the next day. I checked prices, and they were higher than other shops. I'm all for paying a good value price for quality work. However, I don't like being taken advantage of. They quoted $530 for a remanufactured alternator. On-line price was $300.00 and new one was $519.00. That's too much of a mark up on parts for a remanufactured unit. Other incidental costs were quoted. There was no explanation for them on the quote nor a call from the shop to explain it. I would be careful if you choose to use this shop. Their customer service is a lot to be desired.

This facility was recommended to me by a neighbor. I used them for a very minor repair last year and again for a major repair work this past week. They did a thorough job and I am very pleased with my experience. The problem with my car was explained in terms that I could understand and I left feeling that all my concerns were addressed. Very fair prices and went the extra mile to provide me with excellent customer service. I highly recommend!!!

Jack at Hodges has treated me right for over 15 years. I’ve had timing belts, and other major maintenance done on every vehicle I’ve bought. Over 15 vehicles personally and for my business, and they have always treated me right. Including telling me when there’s nothing that needs to be done. I highly recommend Hodge’s for any service.

I've had my vehicle into Hodges on more than one occasion, and unbeknownst to Mr. Hodges, he was dealing with someone with automotive mechanical experience. I would disqualify this shop for the following reasons, having taken my vehicle in there on several occasions and spending thousands of dollars in repairs: 1. Recommending work that was not needed; 2. Charging for the replacement of parts that were not installed; 3. Doing incomplete work, which had to be redone at considerable time and expense. If you have a minor repair that you can verify that it was needed and done properly, then you'll probably be ok, but most people aren't capable of doing that.

I’ve been using Hodges for about 2 years. I trust their judgment because i know they will be honest and straightforward in their recommendations. They take pains to explain their analysis and discuss the estimates—no nasty surprises. Their service is so organized and efficient! The office is clean and pleasant for customers—not always the case when dealing with auto repair businesses.

PRO TIP: After handing over keys to your RV, take pictures of your RV exterior in front of their store. They will not be upfront if they cause any damage to your vehicle. Took our e350 RV to them on 8/20/19 for exhaust manifold work. There was a broken bolt and I was excited to find a place willing to do the work that seemed honest and on top of their game. Seems like they did the job well. Runs quietly now. No complaints on that front. After picking it up I noticed that the RV had been damaged while in their shop. Should have inspected before leaving lot. Rear driver's side indicator light had been broken and there was a clear fresh impact point next to license plate. I called them immediately and never heard back. I can't be bothered with small claims court or having to deal with them, so i'll just repair it myself and learn my lesson. I've uploaded two photos for reference. Just wish that I was the first one to ding up my RV. 4/5 work. 0/5 integrity.
