I would give a 0 star if there was an option , came in with a Chevrolet Camaro SS , they tried quoting me 930$ after tax for an allignment , wasted about 2.5 hours of my time , young kid techs went on a joy Ride in my car and pretty much from the moment these 2 kids left they proceed to floor it , then come and ask a dumb question like “is there curb rash since you put lowering springs on” just a complete waste of time , starts circling words on the paper of the 930$ quote trying to make it seem like that’s a reasonable price, don’t waste your time here , I ended up finding a shop “Accesorios” in south valley did the whole job for 170$ , never intended to leave a review and mention another place , take my advice go ANYWHERE else besides here your pockets will thank you. I could go on and on about more of the experience.

Top notch service. I called them about brakes and a price estimate. They said bring in my car and they will give it a free inspection and be able to give me an actual price. I took it in at 7:30am they got it right in. Gave a full inspection and the price. The price was steep but seems the going rate. They told me they could have it totally done in about an hour and a half 2 hours. I needed to get my son to school so I told them I'd have to come back. The GM gave my son a ride to school and I tagged along. He was really friendly and courteous. The mechanic working on my car was really great too. We went for a test drive so he could hear what I was hearing. He got in there and fixed my brakes wonderfully. They also took photos and gave a very detailed report of things that needed repairs and things that were in good condition. I highly recommend this shop. I didn't feel pressured or swindled in any way. Everyone was incredibly nice and friendly I came back to have my catalytic converter replaced, unfortunately it was out of my price rage. Everyone I had delt with before is no longer there. However, the new guys were really nice and seemed very fair.

Terrible service. It took them a whole week to diagnose my BMW and still never truly found what was wrong with it. But wanted to charge me for a part and repair that BMW dealership fixed for free. Due to a recall on that specific part it was covered by BMW and these guys were going to charge me 1600! I can't believe the nerve. Where have all the honest people who work for honest pay gone. I wouldn't trust these guys and nor should you. Shop around or simply watch youtube. Way more informative and not looking to take advantage of a beautiful young women.

They wanted to charge over 10k for repairs the car needed from accident and unnecessary repairs. They wanted $1,250 for changing 4 brakes pads/ rotors, meanwhile all that needed to be replaced was just 2. When I tried telling them I only wanted the problem at hand fixed the man argued with me that they weren’t a “save money” type of shop and recommended taking my car somewhere else when I was just trying to explain I just wanted what was necessary at the time. Never have I taken my car to a mechanic and they try and charge me for unnecessary repairs, mind you thousands dollars worth. They also released my vehicle without my permission, I had to call them and ask where my vehicle was, there was no communication that the vehicle was getting picked up.

I feel truly cheated by this company! I took my car in because the check engine light was on. Otherwise it was running fine! I did not give them permission to replace windshield wipers, which they charged over $138.00 to do! Insane! I asked that they NOT replace the air filter which they did anyway! They performed services not needed or requested. No itemized written list of services was given prior to services, only after. My naive was cost $3500+. I am floored and left to rely on my parents for assistance. Definitely felt taken advantage of by individuals who saw they could take advantage of a woman who had no recourse but to pay the $ for a car held hostage. 🥲

Very inflated pricing and pretty lazy service. Would not recommend. Took my car in to get a tire repaired and put back on in place of spare. Repair was fine but had to put the original tire back on myself even after giving clear instructions. They asked me to approve a laundry list of extra services- asked for my authorization before sending any pricing (total came to $2500). Once pricing was sent, the details felt super scammy. I was quoted $64 for windshield wipers that barely streak. I was quoted $54 for a single break light bulb that cost me about $5 and took 2 minutes to plug in myself. They told me my battery was leaking and had so much corrosion that it needed to be replaced, totaling $300. A toothbrush, some baking soda and a free test at O’Reillys confirmed that my battery is absolutely fine. Many other examples of inflated pricing. Sent an email with this info and got no response. Used to shops assuming my incompetence as a young woman with an older vehicle, but this felt excessive. I never write reviews, but felt this could save someone else some hassle and money.
