I brought my vehicle to Hogan’s Automotive For a second opinion. (Originally took it to the dealership). I had the good fortune to meet Gino and tell him of my vehicle woes. He diagnosed and fixed the electrical issues in my car for half the price the dealership quoted me. I am so pleased with the service that Gino has my customer loyalty forever!! I recommend Hogan’s to anyone who wants great customer service and honest assessment of car repairs!!

I got referred to Hogan’s by Rob from Tranco. Was told that they’re always busy. He told me to ask for Gino. I called and spoke to Gino and sure enough he didn’t have an opening for the next two days. I asked if I could tow my vehicle there earlier and he said it was fine. I’m a bit confused with the bad reviews because Gino was very friendly and professional when I got there. Honestly, I saw the bad reviews after the car was already was dropped off. Didn’t rely too much on reviews but you never know. Just as Gino promised, my vehicle was up and running and works great. Prior to taking it to Hogan’s two mechanics looked at it and couldn’t figure out the electrical problem. You have specialists in the medical field like a heart doctor or endocrinologist, these guys specialize in electrical problems. Overall, I am very impressed and satisfied with the work they did and highly recommend them if you want your vehicle fixed.

The Front End Service manager, Geno, was incredibly courteous and gave me a solid accounting of the cost and time it would take to repair my vehicle. I was fortunate enough to meet the mechanic who did the repair. Miguel was quite kind and his work was exquisite. Not a single flaw was left when he was done. I highly recommend them for all of your automotive needs!

Hogan's Automotive Electrical: I had a terrible experience with Hogan's Automotive Electrical and would not recommend their services. I reached out to them to see if they could remove a malfunctioning starter interrupter that had been installed by the dealer, as the dealer was unable to get a signal. However, despite being specialists in the field, they claimed they didn't know how to do it. Not only that, but the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. He abruptly hung up on me while I was in the middle of explaining the issue and even had the audacity to sarcastically wish me "good luck with that one buddy." Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your automotive needs.

Other than the location the service was good, with insight into why my daytime running lights were not working. I brought the car in at 8 am and was out by 9:30, with a reasonable bill. Waiting area is comfortable and clean. I wish this shop had a better location than Aztec, but the trip was worth it. They know electrical systems and made my car right. Very trustworthy. I recommend you give them a try.

Thank you guys so so much! I literally dropped off my car this morning thinking it was going to be in their shop for about 2 weeks or so and they diagnosed it and fixed it with in a few hours! I took it to 3 different places and they couldn't figure out what was going on. They fixed it super fast. I definitely recommend them 100%

"You can't put toothpaste back into the tube" These guys were great. I had spent soooo much money on other places trying to fix my headlights. I finally called and took my car to Hogans, only place I'll go or recommend for electrical work on my vehicles. 5 stars over and over again. I'm not sure when I left the first review, but it's been at least 5 years. They're still great, super busy but I'd come here again for anything electrical in my car.

Hogan's was recommended to us and warned it would take some time to book an appoinment. It did. BUT the work was done timely once the car was there. There was a hitch in the repair after we picked it up, but Hogan's made good on the follow-up immediately. Personable. Knowledgeable. Professional. In my opinion, you can't go wrong here. Kudos all around to Hogan Auto!

I previously went to other mechanics & none knew the problem with my vehicle & why it was having the problems and issues. DO NOT GO HERE UNTIL YOU READ THIS!!!!! it started with a call early in the month of February where I called and asked if they can replace my ignition switch and key The lady on the phone said yes, they can fix it and then I asked her to type me up a quote so I can have a general idea of how much it’s gonna cost and they give me a ridiculously good price and I was so ready to pay for it and get this over with. Then finally three weeks later I finally get to my appointment and leave my car there overnight so that the next morning they can start on the car when they were supposed to then they tell me they’re gonna keep the car an extra day until the next day because they were still working on another car, even though I had made an appointment so I let them keep it for a whole Nother day and then I get a call the next morning with them telling me they can’t do the service because they would have to reprogram the ignition switch and key and I told him well Why was I even waiting three weeks for this service then if you guys can’t even do it and he said I dont even have a way to reprogram a key, which is so stupid that is the whole point of getting ignition switch I would have to get a new key that’s reprogrammed to the new ignition switch so at no point in time should I have even entered that shop even tho they told me they would be able to do it, and then after that phone call I called back and asked them if my room roommate can go pick up the keys and they said yes and then they also for some reason mentioned that if anything that happens to the car its not their responsibility so I asked them Why are you saying that did you break something on my car and she replied no. so I had my roommate go pick up the keys they gave him a hard time to even get the keys even though I verified his name and who will be picking up the keys and then I finally get my car and towed it to the next person who’s gonna be fixing my car and I noticed that my driver side mirror is loose and they used to be electric mirrors that fold but now the driver one doesn’t fold anymore when I lock the doors This has been an absolute horrible experience. I would never suggest you go to this place unless it’s to change a headlight cause that’s probably all they can do I have no idea why they call themselves specialists, but can’t perform simple tasks nor do they even have the right scanners and tools to do so and to top it off they can’t even be honest that they broke my mirror so I will be filing a BBB report to get this taken care of in anyway possible.

I'm not sure why some of you folks penned such negative reviews of Hogan's. The only negative thing in this experience was my insurance company's slothfulness in handling my claim. Once paid, Hogan's did an excellent job on my truck. All issues were addressed and resolved professionally and in a timely manner. Thank you!

It's so nice to find an honest mechanic! I was recommended to Hogan's from another shop. After the diagnostic, they said it wasn't the ECM, as suspected, but rather the purge valve. They didn't just replace something to make money. I appreciate your honesty!

All if the guys in the shop are great. We were in town for the day only and the blower wasn't working in our truck air conditioning. They brought it in and took a look at it same day. it is awesome to have businesses like this willing to help out of town folks when they need it! I highly recommend giving them a call for the customer service alone.

This place is a lifesaver I have been without my truck for almost two months. I’ve had different mechanics check it and no one could figure out the problem. Hogan’s had it for literally less than a week and it’s fixed. I will definitely go back and will recommend this place to everyone!
