I wish I would have got his name but he stayed 2 hours late to replace our tire that we had just blown out. They were the only place open.. awesome customer service at Walmart auto.. sounds weird to say..

Allegedly open but here I sit staring at a lane closed signs in automotive while the intercom constantly buzzes for an employee to sporting goods. Nobody seems to work Fridays here

Horrible service! My Dad got his oil change here a few days ago and noticed the oil was not filled. He spoke with the manager and the manager provided no relief and did not even offer to fill the oil. In fact, he was rude to my Dad and we will never recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed in this place.the manager owes my Dad an apology at least.

Great service by greeter got me good deal but there were 5 cars ahead me for oil changes in my old shops it should be 20 miniutes a piece then mine in the in tire Lane but 6.5 hours later I was done hire me as a manager I'd clean that place up and back on tract

It's aight, when we go there not usually there and we have to wait forever for someone to finally come out and do they're job,which they're great at doing they're job, just aren't good on actually being in they're position of work lol

Brought car for oil change... Ha would not change it because the plug was a larger size... Whatever.... Got into car and it wont start and not a single employee will help me.. When I asked what happened why wont my car start the rude guy says sorry ma'am once the keys return to the vehicles owner we are no longer responsible.... Are you f****ing serious? It drove here with no problem & 45min later Im stranded at a Auto Center with no help... Never again will I come back If I ever get out of here

never buy tires from them... Had a nail towards the outside of the tread... Dude said "it's in the sidewall I can't" ... took it to Les Schwab's fixed it right up with no charge. I think the Walmart guy wanted to sell me new tires...

I was never called or notified when my tires were finished. Even after the auto care center had closed. The staff was alright, but DON'T expect them to answer the phone. The only thing okay was the price of the tires in reality.

The workers at Walmart did an awesome and quick job on my oil change. They even told me that my mass air flow sensor was disconnected and showed me where it was at and pulled up pictures and told me how to fix it. 10/10 recommend WalMart Tire for car servicing.

These guys don't mess around they got right to my truck and changed the tires quite surprisingly quick with no problems at all! It was for sure the easiest and most satisfying transaction I have EVER made. GOOD JOB YOU GUYS! I am forever a fan!

I scheduled an appointment at 4pm to have new tires installed on my car, but when I arrived, the staff at the tire center informed me that they lacked the personnel to complete the work. This is highly unprofessional - if they did not have the necessary staffing, I should have been notified beforehand, rather than wasting my time by showing up. I had to take time off from work for this appointment, and now I'll need to request additional time off to reschedule. I cannot recommend this store to anyone given this poor customer service experience.

If I do 0 stars I would. I do not recommend taking your car here for an oil change. They drained my tranny instead of my oil and left the oil cap off. Cost me almost 9 grand to fix, the only good thing is with all the proof I had they had to accept responsibility for it, but In the end I was still out a grand because I had to pay for a rental car out of pocket for a month due to they're negligence

Made an appointment online with make/model of the car and upon arrival, they gave my husband a list to go find his own oil and filter because they didn't have it for a diesel engine. Walmart also didn't have what he needed and so the appointment was just a complete waste of time since he left without an oil change.

Had a flat tire on one of our vehicles this morning. Put some air in it and drove over to Walmart on Chestnut. Waited about 10 to 15 minutes and then I talk to I believe his name was Salvador, and he was very friendly and very helpful. They took my car in in about 30 minutes later they had me out the door. Super friendly. I will say the front desk was empty for a little while but I just found someone and ask them to get me some help. I understand it’s pretty busy on Sundays and afternoon
