Very poor service. None of the employees would actually help out or even say" I'll be right with you" . I left what items I had intended to pay for on the check out counter and walked out. There was one other guy waiting for help. I don't think the 3 employees had a clue that we were there or that I walked out empty handed. I won't waste my time again!

And that exactly what I got from Assistant Manager Bobby. He checked and told me it is still within the safe zone and I should be fine waiting until I was home. Went here because it was closest to my house. Wasn't very pleased with my experience with Carlos. He spoke to me like I was an idiot. Someone should let him know that women do know a thing or 2 about auto repair. I'll just continue to go to the S. 1st st NAPA. They're helpful and don't treat me like crap.
