Don't buy a battery there, God forbid you get the wrong one and have to return it. They will find any excuse not to return it, even if you have the receipt. The manager there was do rude, made me wait an inirdanate amount of time to review their cameras. Had the loss prevention personnel review the cameras to see if I had purchased the battery there the night before and didn't even apologize after realizing that she was wrong. Instead, she asserted that she didn't have to authorize the return and proceeded to treat me like a criminal. I had the receipt, a witness, the store employee I purchased the battery from, and the brand new battery. The issue was that the battery was dusty because I drove on dirt roads the night before. They also use to charge batteries for you. Now, every battery I have taken in to charge within the last two years to this place has been determined to be "bad" and in need of replacement.1 I have four vehicles. I have purchased all batteries for said vehicles from this place. All four batteries have gone bad within a two year period. None have been replaced even though all four fell well under the warranty guidelines.

BEWARE THE MONEY SAVINGS!!! Forgot his name Black dude in his late 20s early 30s with short fro installed my new tire with a bent rim and did not notify me. He even balanced the tire with a bent rim supposedly. He put the tire in the back so it wouldn’t be as noticeable I guess. Now Im dealing with cupped tire and many other suspension problems aggravated by the situation. Anyway what upsets me even more is that Walmart customer service just neglects situations like this or gaslights you. Not worth the money saved. More Expensive in long run

I took my tire in for quick fix there was a nail in the grooves and asked for a valve stem replacement.... The stem was not replaced the nail is still in my tire......service tech on my receipt Antwan W .

Worst experience at an Auto Care center. Check in associates are rude, and don't tell you how long it's going to be. Over 2 hours for an oil change. Every person working the area has no clue of what's going on. Will never be going back. I guess you pay for what you get. 😡

Quick service and kind people! I loved that I could go shopping while my oil was being changed. Only downside is the area isn't air conditioned and it gets HOT in the auto center. I feel bad for the workers who have to endure the heat in that department!

Waited over 2 hours for 2 tires that didn't even fit on my SUV!!! Because the tires severely rubbed they didn't want to take them back off unless I paid for the tires that clearly would not work on my vehicle... They then proceed to try and charge me to remove the new tires and put my old ones back on+to have them balanced. I will never ever recommend or have tires installed at any wal mart.... The tire technician that installed the tires should have informed me as the customer that the new tires were dangerous if left installed instead of trying to let me drive away. The tires were smoking before I even left the parking lot!!!

Came here for an oil change, got the confirmation text that they started service on our car at 11:35 am, so we decided to walk around Walmart to kill time. Walked to the auto center counter at 12:20 pm because we saw our car parked thinking it was done and then got told that they were unable to do the service and that we need to go to the last place that did it for us….. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO GET A CALL LETTING US KNOW THIS INSTEAD OF WASTING OUR TIME.

We got new tires for our vehicle. We appreciate the quick service. However when we were notified that our vehicle was ready we hurried to pay for the service, but we had to wait another half hour to get our vehicle. Upon explanation, we found out that the technician working on our vehicle, did all the service paperwork before actually working on the car. Because of this the computer said that the vehicle was ready and sent us the text.

They ordered suv tires for my car after a close inspection (including under the hood) of said car. No valve caps all-round. Tire pressure monitoring system now inactive. STAY AWAY!!!

If I could give them a 0 I would. My husband got his tires replaced on Monday since we had a trip to do. Well the tire light sensor turned on. Walmart employees denied taking accountability when we had never had that issue. Think about it, what are the odds this happened around the same time they were all replaced. Whoever did the tires, must have touched something they should have not. They had him pay for that sensor. Now a 2nd tire sensor went off a day after they checked the car. Please don't let them touch your tires. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere. Tire technicians on the paper are: Jose R. and Murner V.

Today was a terrible day at Walmart for the reason, I have never been discriminated before. I was waiting for 2 hours and 45 minutes just to change two tires on my car and my car wasn't even touch nor moved. In the past, it would be done like an hour to finish the job but today went home discriminated and sad. As a Christian the employee's knew what they were doing all I can say this "God will have to last word on our judgment day." Not me nor they employee's but the lord himself.

Called Lancaster Walmart to try to buy tires and got message saying they're experiencing high call volume and I'm welcome to shop online. Called Palmdale only to get the exact same message. Clearly they don't want my money so I'll find my $700+ tires elsewhere.

Beyond disappointed, such a WASTE OF MONEY❗️ I’m a mechanic and do all of my wife’s and my vehicle maintenance. Unfortunately I was in the hospital and my wife needed a simple oil change. Booked an appointment for her and of course I checked their work once I was back home. They completely STRIPPED and DESTROYED her oil plug bolt. The oil was dirty as hell as if they just topped it off and reset the computer. What the hell is going on in there?? I had to change her oil again myself and buy a new plug.

I been waiting 2 hours to get a tire patched up. I was second in line for the tire section and I seen the oil line go down and up three times now 😐 its crazy to think in LA I go to a spot thats in an out 5 minutes tops for 12 dollars too . Too bad my tire decided to eat a screw out here.

Better customer service . Got new tires done here they didnt put my headcap on my tire right flew off while I was driving second tire had got a flat ask them if they could put air in my tire. Also had appt had to still wait 2hrs what the point of appt if u still jave to wait . Next day my other tire was flat 🤦♀️🤦♀️ need better customer service seems like they are lazy nd dont want to do there job right!!

I never leave reviews such as this, but this warrants one. Went in for an oil change because of low oil and noises, something that's occurred before but solved with oil changes. Car WASN'T leaking anything (important distinction) when brought in. Simple maintenance, right? Apparently not. Broke down on the Aerospace Highway and was leaking oil. Now I'm not only out my car but my LIVELIHOOD until I can get it fixed. What an expensive mistake. Never again.
