The young man that wears the glasses is always very pleasant, always greets customers with a smile, very business oriented, explained to me about the balancing on my Jeep tires & told me about the lugs on my truck, I've noticed how hard he work on vehicles & that's why I bring my truck back for maintenance! Associates did not have the oil I needed for my vehicle, so I had to purchase it in store for them to use. The associates also did not contact me when my vehicle was ready, so I had to find an in-store associate to help me get my keys because they closed the auto center. Highly disappointed, will not be returning.

CAUTION : I arrived at the tire center at the Walmart on Military highway around 4pm due to a nail in my tire. I explained to the lady at the front desk that my actually tire was in the trunk and that I had a spare on it. I have a warranty on all 4 of my tires through Walmart. I was told that it would take 1 1/2 hours. Around 630 I decided to go check on the status of my car. I tried calling , but nobody picked up the phone. When I arrived I was told that my car was not ready, and that they didn't even start on it. She went in the back to tell them to start on my car. About 30 minutes later one of the workers came to talk to me and said there was no whole in my tire. I explained once again that the tire was in the trunk and you will see its flat and also the nail in it. He then told me that was not communicated to him. My car wasn't ready until after 750pm. A couple hours later while driving on the interstate I started hearing and feeling a thump and vibration, and then a loud flapping noise. the tire that was suppose to be fixed at Walmart was flat again. I am so disappointed, annoyed, and angry. Not only did they waste my time but I was put in a dangerous situation.

"Short wait" they said... 3 hours later our car is still waiting for service. In all it took 4 hours to get my tires balanced and rotated. On top of the slow service I had to ask if my car was done when I noticed it in the parking lot. I wanted this done for an upcoming trip. The service took longer than the drive I was going to take.

DO NOT COME HERE! My car has been here simply for the installation of 2 new tires since 8:30am, and it’s currently almost 4pm. The staff is lying about having appointments in front of me, but upon stopping by to ask last week, I was told they only take people on a 1st come 1st served basis. Two hours ago I was told it would take another hour, but of course, that was not true. Put your money towards a company that is going to respect you and your time. Also, they said the guy who installs TPMS sensors was out today. Why couldn’t the individual installing the tires do that? Ugh, service here is trash.

18 February 2022 Today I left to take a small adventure to Virginia. Knowing it would be a 9-10 hour drive - The last item on my to-do list was completely forgotten in all of the Hustle and bustle, I completely forgot to get my oil and tires checked. — Oops. After realizing my mistake (already an hour into my drive) — I searched my GPS for a local oil change service. Google maps took me to Walmart Service Center. I pulled into the line —expecting to wait an extended period of time. Almost immediately - A technician by the name of Jake, came to my window and asked what services I needed. I told him just a quick oil change. He promptly advised that they were short staffed and could not complete my request until the next morning. 😭 Bimmer! As I began to leave — Jake offered to check my oil and tire pressure just in case. He topped off the oil and added air to all four tires. Wow!! I’m still flabbergasted at the generosity of this employee. It is so nice to know that there are still genuine, pleasant humans left in the world. Thank you Jake ( not from State Farm) . I appreciate your positivity and humanity. To Quote Luke Bryan: “Most people are good” A+++

Absolutely the worst customer service , one female cashier seems to be on a power trip all the time . Assuming customers work there , she huffs and puffs any time a question is being asked . Looks at her phone and doesn’t acknowledge your presence.. if you don’t like your job get another one . Smh no one cares about what you’re going through , or owes you anything .it’s disgusting and disrespectful how you treat people !

I've had oil changed at that location and immediately after I dropped my car off for state inspection. To my surprise I've received a phone call that my oil level is low. It was only couple hours after I've paid Walmart Auto Center for synthetic oil change. I took my car back to Walmart and they did confirm that my oil tank was only half full. They didn't know how it could happen and changed the oil and filter again. They also offered me free oil change for next time, but honestly, I'm so angry I will not go back and would recommend all their clients to double check if the service they've paid for was performed properly. If it wasn't for the state inspection, I would be unaware of low oil level and potentially damaging my car. I've always trusted people to do their job right and honest, but at this point I've lost that naiveness.

Great experience!! I needed 4 new tires. I ordered them online and when I went to my appointment, they were at the service center. The service manager was very nice. I received text messages on the status of my vehicle & it was ready in 45 min!! Very efficient! I will now take my car there for oil changes. Awesome customer service

This is one of my worst Walmart experience. I bought 4 tires and have them installed in store. Picked up the car, the next day I realized they didnt put the tire cap back on. Fine, its cheap so I got new ones. After driving the car for a while, I realized the TPMS wasnt relearned properly. Took me a while before I was able to return it to the store due to the schedule - I have to get off work early just to get to their store before they closed. Its hard to get a hold of someone from this store via phone call, and when they do, they had to place me on hold even before they ask your name. Fine. When I was in the store, the lady said it will be $30 per tire, I said NO, it should be included on the service i paid for. I was thankful that I wasnt charged. Drove off the car from the lot and heard some grinding at the back tire that wasnt there before and I thought its just a fluke. The next day its still there and started calling - no answer. I called corporate and they said they escalated my concern and ill get a phone call the next day, no phone call. I called the store - no answer. How and why do you handle business like this? I asked the customer service from corporate if theyll cover if there further damage from my car because of this faulty tire installation, or if I get hurt - they said I have to file a claim when it happens. Btw, i called another repair shop and they said its from faulty tire installation and the car isnt safe to drive until repaired, since it may disconnect from the vehicle while driving.

While the staff was nice and did their jobs well, it wasn't until almost 0730 the doors opened to the auto center. Staff rolled up at 0715 and parked near the back entrance. Posted signs, a quick phone call, and the online hours stated opening at 0700. I got there at 0630 to get in and out and obviously that did not happen. Once I get in they had one unit of my tire, stating they don't stock mine in excessive numbers, this was the cherry on top. I intended to buy two but could only purchase one. My recommendation is to call ahead with your tires you need, and then pray that the staff follows the posted business hours. The pictures were taken DURING BUSINESS HOURS.

Lazy workers here. Came in as a walk again! Mind you not the first instance , and get told by workers and supervisors that “short staff, workers leaving early, book a appointment, can’t do it” Try to book an appointment and no one answers to do it. So I get here at 11:30am today, mind you the site says they close at 7pm and I still get told they can’t do the oil change! Not only by workers but there supervisors! Like lazy people here just expect to get a check and not work for it. How is it that when the supervisor is telling me “well workers are leaving early you might have to wait hrs before they finish” like ma’am that’s okay! That’s why I came at 11:30 cause I expected to wait not get told no again! The whole department here needs to be let go and staff with people who don’t mind working.

I have been getting my oil changed for over 10 years here and never had problems. I got my oil changed last month and they suppose to top off your fluids and they said on The check off list. We'll none of my fluids was topped off because its no way I ran those fluids out and I don't drive that much. I hate going to this Walmart. Poor customer service. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Also my under guard that keeps stuff from flying in your engine that didnt tighten all the screws and that fell off on the road. I have a good car not no hopty. I am done with this walmart!!!!!

Overall good expierence. My appointment was for 7 am however no technicians were scheduled to come in until 8. Thankfully I was able to be flexible with my schedule and hang out at Panera until they arrived. Tire installation went well and I appreciate the walmart plus discount on the fees.

😡Yesterday, I went to Walmart to have my car tire replaced. From the very beginning, the woman at the registration desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was unacceptable and set the tone for a very negative experience. After that, I was forced to wait for two hours with no proper explanation or communication. When the manager finally came, instead of taking responsibility, he questioned where I had previously changed my tire. This was completely inappropriate — especially considering that I brought my car in without any damage, and it was returned to me in a damaged condition. What is even worse is that your staff tried to deny responsibility and were not honest about what happened. Because of the damage caused at your location, I had no choice but to tow my car away. This cost me both time and money. This entire experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. I will never return to this location again, and I will make sure others are aware of how poorly this situation was handled.😡
