I was told " oil leak seal broken looks like the drain plug has been tampered with". I explained this location Did my last oil change. I was very irritated with frustrated by this and I have let my family and friends know what happened and not to get their cars serviced at WALMART.

I recently visited the Walmart Auto Center on Old National for an oil change, and the service was absolutely unacceptable. I waited for two hours without any communication or updates from the staff about when my vehicle would be serviced.
The lack of organization and professionalism was evident. There were no clear timelines, and it seemed like the staff did not prioritize customer satisfaction or efficiency. Customers like myself, who rely on timely service, were left completely in the dark.
Waiting two hours for an oil change—without even knowing if or when it would happen—is unreasonable. This level of service reflects poorly on the Walmart brand and discourages customers from returning.
I hope management takes immediate steps to improve scheduling, customer communication, and overall service quality. I do not recommend this location to anyone in need of reliable and timely auto services.

I was therefore, four hours for them to tell me that they was going to get off work and not change my order. I need for corporate to call me or I need for someone to contact me immediately. They do not pick up that phone at all.

I frequently patronize this location for tire services. Yesterday(11/10/23), at 5:27pm I attempted to have air put into my tires,a heavily stout man with a west African accent haughtily informed me that the tire center was closed. The closing time is 7pm. The overtly stout mechanic proceeded to lean against the entry area of the auto center to smoke a cigarette. However, I was able to receive service from another Walmart automotive service person. It’s obvious the new mechanic has a negating disposition towards clientele of that area.
