Went for tire installation, employees broke two lug nuts then said pointed out one saying it was already like that then advised us to go to elsewhere to fix it because they didn’t have proper equipment. We went the night before for 6pm appointment and employee said he didn’t feel like staying late. Horrible experience, don’t recommend.

Called to make sure they were open girl who helped said open at 7 am to knock on the door. Well they had a sign written by hand saying they were gonna open at 10 am. Online also said it was open at 7 am.

Showed up early to my 7:00am appointment just for them to open at 7:30 and tell me they got no one on sight to help and whatever else. Poor customer service for not taking any kind of accountability nor making up with the inconvenience!

Brought my car in for a SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. The lazy mechanic NEVER hooked my coolant line back onto the frame so it banged against the frame till it caused a leak and now no one will answer me . Absolutely insane and a travesty by a poor and inconsistent staff

ZERO STARS. Never go to Walmart to get work done. They ruined my car. My son worked there and he saw 6 engines ruined by them. It’s a joke. Don’t do it! Don’t go. Horrible service!

It took them 2.5 hours to repair a flat tire after I spent 260 two weeks before to get 2 new tires which also took 2 hours. Most of the staff are very rude and unprofessional
