I had incredible service here. I tried having a stem replaced at a Big-O tires where I purchased my tires and I was told they couldn't legally replace it because "even though they're in decent condition, they were manufactured too long ago." I called Les Shwab and they told me, no problem, bring it by. Ramon was literally jogging to take the tire from me as I was walking it up to the service bay. My 2 kids were super excited they had popcorn while we waited. They also had legit, good Keurig coffee as well. Before my kids could even eat a handful of popcorn, my tire was fixed, wrapped to avoid dirt in my trunk, and Ramon was walking it to my car. Mike was incredibly nice and offered the service for free knowing I had been run around that morning. This is not the first time Les Shwab has fixed a tire for me and my wife when others refused while trying to push new tires when they weren't required. I am incredibly grateful to Mike and Ramon out here in West Jordan UT. Come hell or high water, I will 100% be buying all my tires at Les Shwab from now on. Thank you Les Shwab!

Went in today bc my tire sensor kept going on and off driving me nuts. Turns out it was just a leak in the little Air nozzle on my tire. The guys were rlly nice and fixed it for me and put air in the rest of my tires. I was shocked when they said no charge. They could have done it anyways and charged me but were honest. I rlly appreciate it. I'll be coming back here to this location again.

Charged me 350$ to mount, balance and dispose of old tires. I was told about an hour wait and it took them four hours

Had a leak in my tire one hour before closing Saturday night. These guys stayed open two hours after to get my car and I assume others done as well. Prevented me from having issues over the rest of the weekend. Helpful and would recommend!

Worst Les Schwab location ever!!!! We were so excited when this location opened, as it's only a couple miles away. We've gone to the Taylorsville location on 5400 S. for years. We have purchased $1000s of tires, rims, and repairs from Les Schwab over the years. Took my Buick for an alignment and was told we needed new tires, even though we had gotten less than half the mileage on the current set. They don't carry the tires we prefer anymore, so they ordered them. So far, so good. Went back in and dropped the car off for new tires and the alignment when the tires came in. I got a call less than 30 minutes later that I also needed new shocks and struts. Told them to go ahead and do the repair. Picked up my car up 3 or 4 hours later, and the problems began. There was a squealing noise, a grinding feeling, and my car was shuddering when I braked. It was also still pulling to one side. My husband took the car back down and Jeremy said it was doing all of that before. No, it wasn't. My husband called me, because he knows that I am very comfortable in my car and know how it feels and sounds. When he told him what I said, he basically implied to my husband, that because I was a "woman," I didn't know what my car was doing before. CANNOT STAND sexist mechanics. I am the primary driver of my vehicle, I have driven it for 8 years. I have to drive for my job. I know my car. So, he told them fine, take the new tires and parts off, put the old ones back on and we'll go somewhere else. Instant backtrack. They resurfaced the rotors (which are less than 9 months old), "fixed" the alignment, and sent us on our way. I have to add here, that the entire time Jeremy was talking to my husband, he badmouthed the Taylorsville location and their techs once he found out that's where we regularly go. Not professional in the slightest. It is my understanding that Jeremy is the manager. Not impressed with his attitude or customer service skills. After this repair, my car was making a weird, chirping noise when I drove. Took it back down again, and apparently during one of the previous repairs, the ABS line didn't get clipped down properly so it was rubbing on the tire. It has in fact rubbed through half the line. They have agreed to fix it free of charge after some arguing on my husband's end. I don't think it should have even been a question of them fixing a problem they created. The initial repairs and tires cost me almost $3000 and we have gotten the worst customer service and labor I have ever received anywhere on a vehicle. After I get all these problems solved, I will never be visiting this location again.

A BIG shoutout to the employees at Les Schwab!! My husband had replaced the brakes and rotors on our Silverado Monday and all seemed good. Tuesday morning we started to hear a metallic rubbing/squealing sound as we drove, so my husband asked me to take it in to Les Schwab when they opened to see if they could help us find out what was wrong. The employees were great!! They took our truck right in and started working on it. I was about to leave, expecting it would take some time,...when the employee's called me over and said it was fixed!! They found the problem, fixed it, did a little test drive, and I was on my way in about 20 minutes! Amazing! And when we asked what we owed, they said "nothing". Excellent customer service and excellent employees! Thanks so much! It made our day!

I pulled into this shop at 6:02 pm and told them that I'm sure they're closed but I just got a flat tire, and asked if they could possibly replace it. They were very welcoming, looked at the tire, told me that they could repair it because there was no damage to the integrity of the tire, did it for free, no questions asked. I was still concerned about the integrity of the tire, so they put it in their bath to do a leak test. They had me out of there in 15 minutes and they were happy to do it. That's customer service!

Unfortunately this location won’t be an option for me in the future. Always been up and down here, taking longer than quoted or being a little more cost than other locations but usually, it’s okay at best. This last experience was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, busy or not, if you set an appointment, it should be priority, which is not the case with them. I was given a quoted time of 1.5 hours, I understood it, it’s a Saturday. I decided not to wait in store and came back about an hour later. My car was still in the same spot and that was confusing. Went in to check status, the guy told me, “Oh yours will be next, that’ll take me about 1.5 hours once it’s in there.” Obviously I cancelled because 3 hours for a scheduled oil change is crazy. Not a sorry or we’ll get you back there now and be a priority, but nothing besides, here’s your keys. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

This location and pretty much all Les Schwab locations are a rip off. I took two ATV tires to them to be mounted. They quoted $128.00 and a 3 hour wait. I went right down the street not even a 1/4 mile to their competitor, and I was out the door in 20 minutes at a $42.00 invoice. Do your homework. Les schwab is a rip off. They will quote you $700 for a brake job and replace perfectly good parts for the mark up. When in reality your parts are good and your Brakes should be much cheaper. They are worse than a dealership.

Went into Les Schwab with some tires and wheels I just bought. All of the tires were off the bead and had no valve cores. Mike came out and unloaded the wheels, put in new cores, inflated all the tires, and loaded them back up. Took like 7 minutes. And he told me it was free of charge. Thats damn good service and a damn good employee. Thank you I will be using Les Schwab for now on

I want to give a special shout out to Jared at this location. I was pushing/carrying a tire in and he ran to the front door to take it off my hands and then quickly helped me with a quote and tire replacement. He then loaded the tire in my vehicle after we were wrapped up. I’ve had good experiences at Les Schwab in the past which is why I come back but employees like Jared make the experience extra special and leave a lasting impression.

Yesterday was my first visit to this Schwab location as it has recently opened. From the minute I walked into the store, I was treated with respect and kindness and worked with nothing but professional people. I especially want to call out Ryan and Mike as going above and beyond to provide FANTASTIC customer service. Thanks Les Schwab, you WILL be getting my future business for all of our vehicles!

We had a great experience working with Ryan while shopping for tires for both my husband’s truck and my jeep. We also purchased a new replacement tire for our daughter’s car. Ryan was great about answering all of our questions and returning my phone calls. Our daughter’s tire was one that they didn’t have in store and had to be ordered. It was delivered and installed the following day. If you want to feel valued and receive top notch customer service, go visit this location and ask for Ryan!

DO NOT GO HERE! Was in for a simple tire patch for a nail. Was told it was be 1.5 hour. No biggie it’s a Saturday, I can wait. 2 hours later they have not gotten my truck in and when finally asked what the status was they said soon. An hour later they finally get it in and tell me they couldn’t patch it but here’s a nice bill to get new tires. Why couldn’t you spend 30 seconds and told me that at the beginning or even given an accurate time!?! Wasted my whole Saturday for the to be absolutely useless and not even give me tire options to buy. The staff were rude and did not care if they told me 10 min wait of 3 hours… what a joke!!

Love these guys! They always go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. I have terrible luck when it comes to getting nails in my tires and they always do their best to get those fixed quickly. I had two tires that were wearing oddly (purchased four tires at the same time) they concluded that the tires had some defects and replaced them for me at very little cost. Always recommend my friends to Les Schwab!

I went in a month ago to get my brakes done as they were making noise. At the time I asked them to replace all of the brakes. They actually didn’t want to replace them all. They insisted to just inspect and do what was necessary. In the end they did the rear brakes with 1 “bonus” job of a CV axel. Fast forward to a week ago. Brakes start squeaking again. They say go ahead and bring it in. Which I do, and I inform them of my frustration. I then leave it with them and get a call a few hours later. This time he starts rattling off every single thing that could possibly move on the vehicle as a problem. Control arms, shocks, brake booster, ball joints of every flavor. He tells me it’s going to be over 5k to fix it. I ask him one question, “So which brake was squeaking?” The response was “honestly I don’t know”. So that’s what you get at this location. Upselling of all the jobs without fixing the job you actually want them to do. Really cool 👍

I love Les Schuab tires. I have been getting all my tires here since I was in high school. But this last set of tires I got from the location were not to the standards Les Schuab usually has. I was told that the reputation 2 tires were made by continental. They are not. Mazma make them and its written there right on the side wall. I'm not super concerned about that as much as the scratches I got on all 4 of my rims due to them carelessly taking off and/or putting on my tires. I even told the guy that I wanted the the rep 2 tires because it had a rim ring to save my rims if I were to get too close to the curb. Overall, im disappointed in the service I got here. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 due to the nice costumer service. But do better.

I was losing about 10psi by the weekend in my tire and tried several locations in person before finally coming by Les Schwab. Turns out I had a tiny screw in my tire, but these guys were able to locate it because they could actually jack my car up. It's crazy that all the other locations didn't have a low profile jack haha. Looks like my M3 will be going to Les Schwab from here in out. I was in and out pretty quickly and they did me a solid.
