Terrible customer service skills by the technicians. I dropped my vehicle in for service and was told it would take about an hour. We went shopping inside of the Walmart and came back to check in on my vehicle after an hour. Immediately the technician said that: are you in a hurry? Do you want to get this done right? Etc…. Oh my… All I asked was how much longer should we expect before my vehicle is ready? I am beyond dissatisfied with how they talked to me. Not one, but two different technicians talked to me in a very abrasive manner. They have no skills whatsoever. Remember: I AM THE CUSTOMER!

Came here last week for the first time for an oil change (Durango SXT) figuring I could kill 2 birds with 1 stone while we shop. They text me saying my car was ready so I headed back, once I got there she told me they couldn’t do the oil change and she didn’t know why. After waiting some time with my family in the car I finally talked to a guy I was told is a new person and he told me my screw was stripped so he couldn’t try to take it off, he also got upset and just walked off pouting in the middle of our convo. After I left I received a call from a different guy saying they DID try and the tool they have almost stripped my screw and to take it back to my original place (10 minute oil change) who I’ve went to for years with no issue. I did just that, the guy told me it’s the 3rd vehicle they sent to him this week saying something was wrong and there were no issues. They end up doing the oil change in 10 minutes no problem. Not sure what’s going on with Walmart but they appear to be to busy the mechanics are all worked up and stressed as well, I’d not recommend going here and remember you get what you pay for. It’s not worth the little 20/30 dollars saved in the long run you want to make sure your care is well took care off and not just rushed in and out because there’s a line of 12 cars behind you.

They provide Walmart prices for lesser known products but will still offer a decent warranty. The workers at the front seemed inattentive and made it clear that they had better places to be, but still managed to do their jobs. I appreciated the mechanics effort to work quickly and efficiently and I was able to observe through the window of the waiting area. They have a wide variety of tires to select from as well as a range of motor oils for most vehicle types. The biggest issue I had was that they had put the wrong tires on that I had not selected, though they were quick to correct the pricing when I pointed it out.

I purchase my tires (some brands must be ordered) here and have my oil changed here. It's convenient for me to have my oil and oil filter changed while having my tires rotated and/or balanced. If they were more prompt about attending to me as their customer, I would have given them 5 stars. It seems that they are too busy to give quick attention to the customers as they drive up.

Been here for almost three hours for a tire change. They let me know service had started on it and hour an a quarter ago. I saw it sitting in a bay. Just checked back cause it was no longer in the bay … turns out they thought it was here for an oil change somehow. Now it’s in the right bay … I’m starving and I don’t want to eat the junk food here lol … end of gripe session Update: not a single word of apology for the screw up and delay was issued at any time.

I took my car to get the tires rotated and balance. They opened at 8 am and I got there around 8:30 with a line of cars already. Regardless, the staff was very kind and quick. I stayed about an hour, which wasn't bad, considering the number of cars they were working on. They even offered breakfast if I was waiting a long time! I was really impressed. I'll make this my go-to Walmart Auto Center from now on!

I called the auto center to confirm that they had 2 tires I needed and could install today. The lady told me yes they could do that. I drive over an hour during traffic and rain to get there only to be stopped before I got inside and told that they could not take anymore vehicles. It was a few minutes before 6 pm. They close at 7. When I walked up, the man that told me this did not appear to be working on anything and seemed to just be passing the time. I am beyond upset because I have wasted gas, time and stressed driving through a mess of traffic and weather just to be lied to. it’s Friday and an hour to closing. All I needed was two new tires installed and that’s it. This is the second Walmart I went to today where the technicians didn’t appear to be doing much but passing time. I will not ever go to another Walmart auto center, especially this one. They have the worst technicians.

Incredible. They state they close at 7p but refuse to serve anyone who arrives after 630p. They should post that they close at 630p to avoid confusion and frustration. It happened again this weekend had a minor tire emergency and it happened just after 630p. They refused service. This time they at least recommended speedy tire down the road. ⭐⭐⭐

This place is always delaying customers. Today March 19 2025, I came in for an oil change at exactly 1:40pm and no one told anything about how long it would take. I had to wait from 1:40pm to 3:35pm and as I am writing now, they're still not doing anything on my vehicle!!! Come here when you're ready to get layover for 3hrs just for oil. Horrible day for me and my pregnant wife.

Update: Thank you Kitty for your help getting my problem resolved. Your help is greatly appreciated. I truly was not expecting a phone call and I was surprised when I received it. Customer service these days is rare and you went above and beyond...........fyi to shoppers. If you have a road hazard issue with tires do not reorder from walmart.com as i was told to do. Have the store order it for you. There is definitely a communication breakdown between walmart.com and the stores. Do not purchase road hazard warranty through walmart.com. if you do it, do it in the store only. Walmart.com and the Walmart stores have not quite figured out how to handle a road hazard problem if it occurs if you bought your tires on Walmart.com. I am out $235 for a tire that I was told I needed to order for road hazard warranty and once it was ordered they cannot figure out how to give me my money bac

Order tires online try calling to see if they do the tmsp sensors but no would answer when I call a bunch of times. Went up there a day before to ask if they do tmsp sensors and the lady outside that check people in said no, ask if I could take the tires and cancel the installation. She said yes I cancel The installation but would have to call the 1800 number since I did it online really no help at all. I the 1800 customer service and they were very helpful they told if I cancel the installation the warranty would not be valid. So I try calling bunch of times again no answer. Mind you on the Walmart app said tires were installed so the next day I went same girl and they had no in the service station no car being work. I ask her remember me from yesterday I took my tires you me to call 1800 to cancel The installation to get refunded. I told her what they said that if I canceled the installation that the warranty would not be valid and even though they had no one in the service station cars being worked on or anything she told me that I could not my appointment was canceled because I took my tires yesterday. I told her if I reschedule online it’s going to charge me you know my tires weren’t on. She pretty much told me well I don’t know you have to figure it out call online no help at all so I just returned the tires called online got the warranty canceled and got refunded. The ladies that were inside which I did not know that I could go talk to because she never told me just to go inside and talk to them we’re very helpful and nice. So if you go to Walmart don’t waste your time talking to the girl outside she has no help at all

I brought my car a few times for an oil change and one time, it came back to me with the engine light on. We take it back and they removed the light. Okay so another time we take my car for an oil change and again, it's returned with the engine light on again. I go back and speak with Larry, he told me that the light was for catalytic converter. Now my engine light is on coincidentally and ONLY after this place has serviced my car.

Absolute terrible service. I went in to do a simple oil change at this location that i’ve been going to for the past five years, but this recent experience was beyond unacceptable. As I pulled up for an oil change behind two other cars, a female employee came out and rudely yelled at me to stop continuously, then left with NO EXPLANATION and closed the garage door. Ten minutes later she opened the garage door again and yelled at me AGAIN to MOVE, causing confusion since I did not know if she wanted me to move out of the line to receive service or if she wanted to make room for something. Eventually I left feeling disrespected by this unprofessional behavior. This has never happened to me before so the experience was beyond frustrating. One would think its common courtesy from an employee at a walmart auto care to approach to your vehicle in a kindly matter and ask what service you would like to be provided, and this was most certainly not the case.

Honestly, this was probably the worst service I have ever received from an auto center, and I’m absolutely furious about it. All I came in for was a simple oil change—a procedure that should take no more than 30 minutes. I was told to wait an hour, which was already pushing it, but then I ended up waiting nearly THREE hours. Are you kidding me?! This is beyond ridiculous and completely unacceptable. How do you even justify wasting that much of someone’s time for something so basic? Do you not value your customers at all? This experience was not just disappointing—it was infuriating. You’ve completely lost my trust, and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The last time I had my oil changed, the technicians failed to properly secure the screws on the cover that protects the oil compartment. As a result, the cover fell off because the loose screws came out. This issue was caused by their negligence, yet they refused to take responsibility for the mistake they made.

doing private services before other actual customers, waited 15 minutes to then have a lady tell me i need to move my car back, so she can take two parked cars in the lot, & put them in front of me, no concern to what services i needed or anything, just move my car so she can put two more cars infront of me as i was already waiting, with no greeting on two cars to finish

Since 2pm I am here. Now 5.43 pm stil waiting for them to finish oil change and tires change. They should have a larger, more comfortable waiting area. Waiting for more than three hours on these plastic chairs has been an unpleasant experience. They're two meters long and one and a half meters wide. Six people must sit there waiting for service.
