The lady at check out was rude would not listen to me and she acted like she had better things to do she made me leave all because I needed Wi-Fi and you cannot connect to the Wi-Fi without Wi-Fi now none of it makes sense but will definitely be going to Kroger from now on

Great employees in the Monroe Super Walmart for the pickup. I ended up going to West Monroe first, and was kinda aggravated because it was taking a long time. Well It was my fault for some reason I chose Monroe for the first time ever lol 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️!! All in all great day because the staff was super friendly and guided this Shreveport boy in the right direction. Thank you Monroe!!

This place is just the worst. You can literally spend time in the parking lot searching through the app, find a variety of products in several makes and models (including the actual location where the product is supposed to be stored (using the filter that ONLY shows you what is in stock, with each individual product's description ACTUALLY saying its in stock at THAT Location, Walk into the store with your prepared list and information, walk back to the isle and not find ONE... Not even ONE item on the list. This store is so "bait-and-switch" that it's amazing anyone ever finds anything or buys anything. Here are some pictures from one trip we made. Nothing that was listed in stock was on the shelves. And as a manager previously explained to me, the location listed online is NOT "where it is SUPPOSED to be unless someone stocks it wrong." It is scanned as its put out so it is literally either there, or someone has purposely tricked the machine and not done the work. I don't know what is right.. I just know that there are plenty of places that actually want customers to be happy. I asked a meandering employee that was wondering through the area, trying not to be spotted, where I could find ANYONE that worked in that department, or any other department for that matter. He answer was "They're all in a meeting theyll be out in a little bit". I said "So.. Nobody is working the entire electronics department?!". She said "yes, but they all in a meeting, they be out after they get they keys." Apparently, we had different ideas of the definition of the word "work". Incidentally, the correct definition was mine, there was NOBODY in the entire dept. We left a cart full of products that had no prices on them and no matching tags on the shelves. I guess these stores will just continue taking "L's". They don't care.

Came in to get some spray paint and the cabinets are locked and no one is around to open them. Waited 20 minutes for somebody to come and unlock the cabinet so I can get some spray paint this is ridiculous. Store employees walk by and won't even call they have somebody coming open these cabinets. Very poor customer service.

Do not go to this walmart, it should be shut down from STEALING from it's customers. I went to purchase a bag of leg quarters and the price was displayed as 5.46 and went to the register, LUCKILY I WAS PAYING ATTENTION I was being charged 6.72 and when I showed them the price, they didn't change and told me they would not honor the price and the associates up to management name Charmire voided my transaction after calling them out on and spoke to their security who said it was not against the law to false advertise!!! THIS WALMART NEEDS CORPORATE TO VISIT, FIRE AND START A NEW CREW.

I managed to get what I needed and find a few good clearance items. It was back in the drink section. There were no brown and serve rolls left. There were other options for dinner rolls. It was kind of hectic this close to a holiday.

I was in the Walmart on Louisville Ave. And an online grocery worker was very rude. She told us to move when we have a disabled Native American that cant hardly walk. Then she proceeded to talk shit about us.. That is rude beyond believe. At the store I work at you respect the customer and move for the customer.

This place sucks and so does the employees and manager AJ on evening shift ! Was denied getting my groceries on wic after their register wasn’t working and would not let me use my card on another register so I had to leave with nothing ! BUT macs was able to let me use my card ..will never be coming back ..macs has my business from now on

Calling is beyond useless since no one ever answers. I tried to call every department listed with the number keypads just to ask a SIMPLE question about a return and no one answered! I had to eventually go in person. The one time someone did answer, the phone “disconnected” and when I tried to call back again 7 TIMES, no one ever picked up again. So unprofessional.

Not sure if its policy, but someone tried to make an elderly woman in need of a electrical chair leave the seat inside the store, when she was not able to walk easily. It was close to 9 pm and this lady shops there every month, 2 to 3 times a month. She is in her 60s. What is going on over there?

This Walmart is the reason alot of people hate walmart. It's like the staff just gave up and stop caring. It's giving real dollar general/ family dollar in low poverty area vibes. I was visiting and unaware there was a much better Supercenter. I the pictures speak for itself. There were children running around everywhere. Disorganization for days. Messes in so many aisles. To the point merchandise is just spread on the floor. The freezers were frozen over and many products more than likely were freezer burned. I wear way to nervous to go near the meat or produce departments. Also several of the staff absolutely reeked and were unkempt. I could go on for paragraphs but I think y'all get the gist. Just avoid this place.

Will not use this Walmart again. I don’t think it is all on the staff in curbside pickup as much as not having the appropriate help they need. Waited over an hour because by the time you check in you cant cancel without jumping through hoops to get a refund.

I tried to return a defective ink cartridge that I literally purchased yesterday with receipt. Customer service was unwilling to exchange for a new one. Electronics said it was fine and walked me back up front. They were still unwilling to do it. Manager wouldn't come to front to be spoken to. I'm a business owmer also. My time amd money should be valued. Nothing is posted on the ink section or on their refund statement at the front. Per Onn (who manufactures for Walmart products) were the ones telling me to take it back for an exchange. It's 25 dollars down the drain. I wasn't asking for money, just the product they sold me that should work correctly. Do better!

Walmart isn't what it once was! I waited for over 10 minutes to get items behind the Protective Cabinet.. When someone finally got there, there was attitude and excuses.. Then this "Associated" had to "escort" my items to checkout. He gave it to a "self checkout" person and forced me to use that abominational "Service". I don't like and actively avoid self checkout. This and many other Walmart are nothing but failures.. Sam Walton is rolling in his grave!

Employees just hang out in the way. Literally blocking 2 aisles so they can stand and chit chat instead of doing their jobs. Not cool for employees to just stand in the way talking. If I was the manager I'd fire them all immediately. They call that time clock theft...
