I don't know how many times I've been asked to review this. It's Walmart, what do you expect? Not a super clean store or are things where they should be. Every Walmart seems this way. 3 stars because it's not horrible but not great either.

I am tired of being treated like a criminal by the lady checking items in the basket on the side with food. I forgot to scan diapers ONCE Several months ago. I wasn't aware I had forgot to scan them. I stopped for her to check and she said I didn't scan them. I went back and paid for them. Not a big deal. She has been thoroughly checking my basket each time now. Stop treating your customers like criminals!! Maybe take away self-checkout or pay me to do it. :) She should 100% be fired. Not to mention she passes everyone else without checking them first! But not me?! Crazy. Do better.

Tuesday afternoon and most isles are blocked with stacked pallets. I had to literally climb over a stacked pallet to get what I wanted from the shelf. Somewhat an unsafe environment for customers.

I was on the wallmart app and I ordered an Xbox x for 650 dollars and when I checked out it immediately canceled the order and took my money so now I have to wait 10 days to get my money back

I want to file a direct complaint against Mrs. Lazara from the beauty department, who apparently is in charge of that area. I asked her for help opening a lock to get the product I needed and the lady being lazy told me I had to go to customer service when she knows perfectly well that she has the keys. When I asked for help from another person, they called her on the phone to open it and I realized that she was the one who had to open it, but not satisfied with that when she saw me waiting she freaked out and left again, she had to ask for help again and even the third time she did her job. I wasted 15 minutes just because the lady didn't feel like doing her job and she was the one in charge...

Absolutely hate this company. My husband made the mistake of putting our promo 5 gallon jug in the thing before scanning it and before knowing that they were out of water. They told us that we won’t be getting our jug back and are just out of luck. We will not be shopping at Walmart anymore. This isn’t the first crappy experience we’ve had with Walmart either.

ZERO stars!!! TERRIBLE service. Husband waited TWO WHOLE HOURS for a pickup, after being told by multiple employees to “wait”. At the end of it all, he was informed that “they must have given the order to the wrong person, that happens sometimes & to call an 800 # to start a refund”. Called the store to check on the order about 45 mins in because we got a notification that our pick up had been received. Was told by an employee that “sometimes that just happens & wait or call about a refund”. What an absolute JOKE. Multiple times we’ve had issues with a simple pickup at this location. Sure, we will get refunded for the items, but that won’t pay for the gas or time my husband waisted after a 16 hr shift at work. This was beyond a terrible experience. Do better.

The 3.9 rating is generous. The person that answers incoming calls has the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered at any Walmart. I called several times before anyone answered. When someone finally answered, I asked to be transferred to automotive. I remained on hold for just a few seconds under 30 minutes before someone answered and asked what I needed, only to hang right up on me. This is very disappointing seeing as I spend lots of money there on a weekly basis. I may have to go out of my way and head to the East store, not that it has any better ratings, but can it be any worse? All I wanted to know is if my tire appointment is still set for today, since it will require me leaving work early for.

I love Walmarts for the simple fact that the layout is the same wherever I go. After a 5 hour drive, we stopped here to get gas and it was a simple process because we have Wal-Mart+, not to mention our .10 cents discount. We walked in with our crew of 13 and filed right into the restrooms that we knew is up front. The restrooms were clean. Then we went to shop for our food and just a very simple process. Keep it going 👍👍

It's another Walmart but had some really cool Christmas decorations that I hadn't seen in other Walmarts. I need help trying to find a specific light bulb and found a young man that was very helpful and made sure it was the correct type bulb. He had a good sense of humor too! Good kid!

Curbside is awful at this location. When you mark "on my way" in the app, they pull your groceries out of the freezer. Then when you arrive, they move your groceries to a hot Texas parking lot where they sit for at least 15min. unattended before they bring them to your car. Frozen items are always thawed by the time I get back home.
