Apex's Walmart is great, it's always clean, the products are organized, the bathrooms are always clean and flavored, the workers are friendly and willing to help you, and the best thing is that the shopping carts don't have annoying noises and the wheels work without getting stuck

This was the CLEANEST, best organized, and most well-stocked Walmart that I've ever experienced. The staff was highly-trained, neatly groomed, helpful to a first-time visitor, and very polite. If all Walmarts could be this nice, we'd certainly be regular customers!

Well organized location of walmart. Great place for clearance deals as it is kinda off the beaten track. Has plenty of clearance items to peruse, and the staff are really friendly and polite. Also has a McDonald's inside.

Review is for online order pickup only. The supercenter is huge. The pickup location is on the side of the store near the outdoor living entrance. There are a total of 12 pickup slots. The wait time was approx 7 minutes on a Sunday afternoon.

So let me get started by saying I order my parents groceries online for them to pick up at this location they are getting old and I help them out from Texas they have lost customers because of this incident my parents checked their groceries just for them to have moldy grapes and strawberries my mother who took a picture btw went it just wanted an exchanged btw they live about 30 mins from this location went it with me on the phone with the order # talked with the manager or poor excuse of a manager ANDREW who not only threatened her gave her attitude and racially made her feel very saddened with her experience there this has happened before with again me on the phone while in line this time she over heard the lady before who was of same race she didn’t have a receipt and he kindly took her exchange and or return without asking but when it was my mother he had attitude and said sorry nothing we can do without a receipt he had over heard me saying I was going to make a complaint and threatened her with saying or we can call the cops on her for stealing without a receipt this has happened to my mother last time and I had heard everything every attitude Andrew gave her very unprofessional very he needs to get fired and stop threatening women and change his attitude I’m in Texas we have better customer service over here at our Walmarts wanted to call the cops on an her over grapes and strawberries very crazy and I pray he gets the help he needs and to be fired. No stars If I could. Very poor performance poor service poor customer service and Walmart needs to hire better staff this is the apex north coralina location he even went above and beyond and got my moms information told her make a complaint I’ll call the cops well I have all my family members making a complaint calling writing reviews because that’s textbook threat. Simple. I will take this too TikTok social media whatever the case may be until he is fired and an apology is owed to my mother.

This is the best Walmart around here to go to. It’s generally not as busy as the other local locations. It always has plenty of staff around if you need something while walking around shopping. There also always multiple cashiers. Other stores you’re lucky if there’s one and self checkout is the only option you and 20 other customers have. Nothing like getting in and out quickly without any issues.

It was definitely a clean store, however I'd never got a chance to go check out the bathrooms. The aisles sent fine and well maintained. However, a little empty in some of the sections that I like to shop in. Leaving the necessity for me to leave and go to another Walmart right after to finish my shopping.
