I spoke with Travis about a P0301 code I had on my car. He said I would need a tune up for the ignition coil and spark plug replacement. Told me they could do it the same day. It took them about an hour and all the technicians were pleasant and knowledgeable! I’ll recommend this shop and will return!!

I’ve been coming here for inspections and oil changes since 2020 and they’re friendly and quick. They do a great job of managing multiple customers at one time because they always seem busy…. I think other people in the area know they’re good too. I heard the team today educating a customer to help them save money short and long term. It’s refreshing to have such great customer service and kindness. So much better than dealership team I used to go to. Troy helped me today and really saved me time. He’s the best mechanic I’ve had other than my dad which says a lot.

I came here for a simple oil change and left feeling aggressively upsold and taken advantage of. I initially came for an inspection too, but they don’t do them at this location so I was offered 50% off the oil change if I stayed — but the upsells that followed made up for that “discount” and then some. Despite having brand new tires (<3k miles), I was told I needed a tire rotation. Next, they claimed both of my filters needed replacing, even though the engine filter looked new and the cabin filter was barely dirty. Then they insisted I urgently replace my wipers or I would fail inspection, even though I changed them only 6 months ago and have had zero problems - he claimed they were cracking apart and separating from the blade. I am certain that I would’ve noticed if that were the case. They constantly used the fact that I needed an inspection against me, citing that these issues would cause me to fail inspection. I got an inspection later that day and asked the technician if I would’ve failed for these things - he said he has NEVER heard of anyone failing because of their windshield wipers. When I repeatedly told them that I didn’t want to get the extra services, they would argue back, give rebuttals, and offer me discounts until I would finally cave to get them out of my hair. I am frustrated that I didn’t stand my ground until the end, but they truly had every excuse in the book and would NOT take no for an answer. It didn’t feel like I could decline without being argued with, and I felt that they took advantage of the fact that I was a woman in an occupied waiting room with no time to research or verify what they were telling me. For what it’s worth, the waiting room only consisted of me and three men - each of them were only attempted to be upsold once, and their “no” was accepted immediately. Take that how you will. Bottom line: I don’t trust the service I received here, and I won’t return to this location or any Jiffy Lube. If you go, be prepared to decline repeatedly — and stand firm. I understand it’s part of their job to upsell, but they also need to be prepared to take no for an answer. Incredibly frustrating experience that left me feeling taken advantage of and disrespected for the rest of the day.

I went in for a simple oil change and was met with a condescending manager and a rude front desk employee. The manager was trying to upsell me, which I get that that’s his job, but the way he came off made me not want to get any extra services. I went to pay and even started the interaction by complementing the lady’s nails and then she said a total that was more than the original that the manager had told me so I questioned it. She immediately told me to calm down even though I was not hostile. She got the manager and they then explained that my car needed more oil than the original starting price that was shared. Totally get that but wish they would have just calmly explained that rather than telling me to calm down when I wasn’t even being rude. I told them that I would not be returning to this location and was offered a Jersey Mikes coupon….like what?? The only nice worker that I interacted with was the maintenance tech who should be given a raise for dealing with that manager daily. I strongly hate when men condescend women and would be willing to bet if a man simply said no to extra services, they would not have been met with the condescending tone and questioning that I dealt with.

The customer and car service were absolutely above and beyond what I have experienced or expected. Thank you so much to these folks. I went here for an oil change, and quickly found out that there were many things that needed to be fixed on my car. Cass was so knowledgeable in talking to me about the safety concerns, they were honest and transparent about pricing. They took the time to walk through different options with me and made me feel like I knew exactly what I was getting into. Usually, car places tell you what’s wrong and give you a price-and not an explanation. Both Cass and Travis really explained their concerns and what the process would be like fixing it. I even asked about going elsewhere (to save money) and they told me the pros and cons of that. I did not feel like I was paying a ridiculous amount at all, and I understood exactly what I was paying for. I honestly did not expect this kind of personable interaction going to a Jiffy Lube (this was my first time), and I am more than happy to say I have told my friends and family about my positive experience here and will be a regular (as regular as someone with car issues will be). They fixed my car day of, they were all so understanding of my concerns and answered all of my questions. Travis was terrific and helped out a tremendous amount with the pricing. It honestly was a life saver, when not expecting to pay that much-it helped a ton. Travis, Cass, and Shy all worked on my car and got the job done. I needed a ton of work (as mentioned) and they called with any updates along the way. I really valued this location’s transparency, personable connections, and expertise. Thank you to the folks that helped me, I appreciate them very much! I felt very valued as a paying customer.

Went yesterday to get nothing but help opening up my car keys so I could change the remote battery. Ended up needing an oil change, tire rotation, filter change, and a transmission fluid replacement which took three cycles to washout because I was so badly overdue. It took two hours - everyone stayed past closing to help me out, educating me along the way, and told me about how my car does not require the top line transmission fluid or something and saved me about $200 and told me next time I need it done to make sure no one charges me for the unnecessary top line product most cars require. As a young woman I am always scared to be taken advantage of financially at car places when I don’t know my stuff, and I did not feel that at all here - no one talked down to me, everyone explained things, and recommendations seemed genuine not a money grab. 10/10 recommend!!

I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Kevin and the other technician working with him. They were both incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. From the moment I arrived, I felt like they were looking out for my best interest and prioritizing my safety. They even let me know that I didn’t need a tire rotation because my better tires were already on the front, especially with the rain we’ve been having. That honesty meant a lot to me. Kevin also took the time to fix my mileage settings and showed me how to adjust it myself in the future, which I really appreciated. Both of them were professional, thoughtful, and welcoming, with the kindest smiles. Gentlemen through and through. I left feeling safe and well taken care of. I will absolutely be coming back.
