I recently visited this place , and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I went in for an oil change, and was told that my car needed all this work I had just had done less than a year ago at the dealership. They tried to scare me into buying the repairs with stories of people being stranded on the road for hours. The man also kept looking at my son in a way that wad very inappropriate. Stay away from this place........and that man.

I've been getting discount ads in the mail from We Fix Cars for the last few months. My vehicle needed a new hub that had a stripped lug. I've put off taking care of it of for a while and decided to try this place out since it's close to home. It was a great experience! Marcus took care of the car issue and my repair was done at a competitive price to the other shop I had went to months prior (Firestone). The work was done in a bit over 2 hrs. I waited there and to tell you the truth, the time went pretty fast. They didn't have to call around to get the part my vehicle which was really convenient. Plus, having the a/c on in the waiting room helped a lot as well...I've been to repair shops that would just have a fan running with no air conditioning and that would just make the experience just suck even more. Once my vehicle was done, I presented them with one of the discount coupons and saved an extra $50! They did a real good job and I'm definitely going back there if/when my vehicle has any problems!

Went to We Fix Cars for a killer deal on an oil change: $29.95 for Full Synthetic, total was $39.75 with taxes and disposal fee. I can’t do an oil change by myself cheaper than that! Marcus and his team was also able to do a fluid check and physically show me what my fluid levels looked like. I was in and out in less than an hour. I will be back soon!

Above and beyond service. I went in for an oil change and they discovered where a previous shop had replaced the retaining clips for the oil pan cover with interior panel retaining clips. They informed me and kept the shop open a little late so I could get the parts and they could reinstall the oil pan cover for me.

I took my vehicle to We Fix Cars for an engine replacement. Although they completed the engine swap, they caused additional damage to other components of my car. These issues were never repaired, yet they accepted payment from my warranty company, SilverRock, claiming the repairs were completed. On March 29th, the shop released my vehicle back to me while refusing to address the damages they caused. They also falsely reported to SilverRock and on my Carfax report that all repairs were finished, which has now prevented me from using my warranty at other facilities. When questioned, staff insisted the work was done, despite clear evidence to the contrary. I have photos with timestamps proving that the supposed repairs were never completed. Additionally, the car was later inspected by two other repair facilities, both of which confirmed that the repairs We Fix Cars claimed to perform were never actually done. Records show that We Fix Cars authorized these “repairs” on April 1st, even though the car was no longer in their possession — effectively committing fraud by accepting payment for services not rendered. I have also attached the invoice for approved repairs from the facility. I strongly advise others to avoid this business and verify all work before authorizing payment or involving your warranty provider.

I came here because my check engine light was on. The office staff was professional and space was clean. They got my car looked at right away, told me what the problem was and how much it would cost. He then told me it wasn't a problem that needed immediate attention and he could reset the check engine light so it wasn't on anymore. He said I would need to get it fixed before my next inspection and I will definitely be taking it back to them. I always appreciate honesty and believe in building up small businesses who do it right. If you are not a car person and often feel taken advantage of at places you go, check them out!

Dropped my car off due to a failing ac compressor. After diagnosis have been confirmed by an adjuster sent by the warranty company, I was quoted $1,200 out of pocket. Which is insane since what’s the point of paying for a warranty company in the first place. However, we fix cars saved the day by stepping in and making sure to reduce my out of pocket down to the deductible of $250. Thank you very much. Will recommend.

I need my oil changed and had little time before going to work, they change my oil and did a all over check in less then 45min. The lady at the front desk was knowledgeable about the service and answer all my questions. The price was unbeatable.

Took my car for an oil change ONLY. Then they come with I needed a new belt. I agreed to that and left my car. The next day I got a call saying I needed a new pump. I left them do that. When I went to pick my car up I couldn’t even get it down the hime down the street and had to turn around and bring it back. The check engine light wasn’t on when I took it nor was it shaking. They said I needed new coils so just to prove them wrong they it wasn’t the coils all of a sudden causing the problem, my husband went and brought coils and replaced them the same day…..car was still shaking and running bad. Instead of owing up to the fact the mechanic messed up my car the owner came to the shop and argued with my husband. Poor customer service. Even the young lady at the desk that drove my car back to the shop for the oil change and belt replacement said “ her car was not in this condition when I drove it.” And that’s a comment from their employee. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE AGAIN AND I DON’T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. Now I gotta take my car to the dealership to find out what they messed up and lying about. Scam is happening at this place. I want to give ZERO STARS Update: After they burned my wires they tried selling me a $1500 computer and they would cover labor. The mechanic used the therm “ might” need a new computer. Why would I spend $1500 on a “might.” Then called the next day to say they found one for $500. Mazda dealership stated I don’t need a computer. When they burnt the wires it caused other problems. Needless to say I found a lawyer. This place is only good for changing oil and you have to check behind them to make sure all your fluids are topped off. Even that wasn’t done. But the older guy at least did it when asked. Accountability goes a long way. Now lawyers got to get involved.

I stopped by We Fix Cars this afternoon for an oil change and was so impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and checked in quickly by the front desk attendant, which instantly put me at ease. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and even had a little beverage station with coffee and water—such a thoughtful touch. What stood out the most to me was the owner being present and personally greeting everyone in the waiting area. That kind of genuine care and hospitality is rare and truly makes a difference. The whole process was smooth, pleasant, and affordable—just $35 for my oil change! I left feeling valued as a customer, and I’ll definitely be back for my next service.

Scam beware. Dropped off my car for alignment was told would be done in a hour. Cane back after a hour my car was missing from the repair shop. When I asked about my vehicle they said of we took. It to get an alignment. So the employee told me where. They took it to the cheapest and worse place in town. Who actually damaged my car last time. Hence the reason I took it to we fix cars and not Hempstead tire. I was never informed my car would be taken somewhere else and done cheaper then what I was being charged. Very disappointing and very dishonest of we fix cars and its techs. And the owner marcus knows about them charging 75 amd getting it done down the street for 39.99 by unqualified or trained techs

I had both of my vehicles oil's changed and Mr. Reggie did a wonderful job in a timely manner. When I was out in the parking lot with my first vehicle that was finished, Reggie brought out the dip stick to me where I was standing to show me that that new oil level was full of fresh oil in my second vehicle. That made me and my wife's day! We had the chance to meet Brianna and Corinne who are managers working in the front and where needed. Both of these young ladies greeted me as I walked in and let me know that one of them will be with me shortly. I sat down in the lobby until Brianna approached me to find out my needs. This was a very smooth, professional and friendly interaction. I've had positive communications with Marcus the owner also. The services, the prices, the care that they give to our vehicles will keep us coming back as regular customers for the foreseeable future. Trust me. I let them know what we need, We Fix Cars delivered and we're happy. E. Dorsey 10-13-2025

Stay away... they will use low cost parts to fix your car, their warranty is a joke, and just no business etiquette. Brought my car to them twice to fix each time I left my car sounded worse each time. Only reason I went back was because their warranty program to go somewhere else was a lie. Update (11/20) - come to find out they broke my tensioner and said nothing. I know it was them because I replaced the clutch on it before I brought it to them. They just suggested that I needed a new one and not say that THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE!!! STAY AWAAAAAAY. Tried to speak with the manager but he "wasn't there." 11/21 - STAY AWAAAAAAAY!!! Upon my further inspection they messed with the boot on my drive shaft. There's no need for me to lie. You all were upset because I wanted to pursue legal action. My alternator broke, belt tensioner broken, and driveshaft boot ripped all in the time frame after I brought it to you all. You all are a sham of a shop and petty people. STAY AWAY!!!
