Awful. Charged an exorbitant amount on a car procedure I wasn’t even sure I needed. I was told the price at check out, but I assumed they had done more work on it than just that. I guess I should have known. We have taken several cars there. We will not be back. I have also decided that I will let everyone I possibly know about the crazy amount charged.

First time I used the service, when they just opened. Everything went great. Super close to me, so I thought it would be a great option for my regular car service. Tried to use it again about a year ago. Wanted to change the oil. No appointments on Saturday. It used to be, when they just opened. Decided to give them a try again today. Last appointment is 3pm though they work till 5:30. And no Saturdays, of course. Well, regular people work 9-5, I work 6-4, so IDK, who are these working hours for. I can't put any better rating.

Shop appeared clean. Scheduling was easy. I liked the reminder by text. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Price seemed reasonable. I will be seeing West Omaha Auto Service again. My pickup differential needed work to take out excessive play. The repair went well. Two things worth mentioning: Anthony worked with the warranty company to make the cost more affordable. The service technician, Steve, took time to explain what was wrong and how the repair worked. Their efforts are much appreciated.. Good job.

8/3/2023 Just started using this shop. So far, it's been a good experience. We had a CV Axel replaced, and they had mailed us a nice coupon for $100 off. The waiting room is very comfortable and it has snacks. I did have some difficulty reading the invoice. It turns out they used one invoice to handle two days of work. We had only authorized a part of the invoice the first day because I needed to check my records to make sure I wasn't having unnecessary work done. After I checked my maintenance records, we authorized some of the previously recommended work and then declined work that was a duplication. Four stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The team at West Omaha Auto Service is awesome. I recently brought in my Land Rover Defender for an oil and fuel filter change. When an air lock in the fuel line caused issues after I picked up the vehicle, Anthony and team immediately got the vehicle back to their shop and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. After doing a lot of research, I decided to try West Omaha Auto Service, and my first few visits were great — and I felt confident my car was being well cared for. Over time however, the quality of the work and the friendliness and professionalism from the staff declined. Each visit started to feel less thorough, and small issues or inconsistencies became more noticeable. Nothing catastrophic, but enough to make me lose the confidence I once had in their service. The declining attention to detail and increasingly rude interactions from staff ultimately pushed me to take my business elsewhere.

Really loved the guy at the front desk. Good looking guy with the great personality. This place was excellent to work with for our pre-purchase inspection and I would use again. They helped us out with looking at a 2020 Rav4 TRD and checked out the suspension/transmission and an overall inspection. We had an excellent experience here.
