I don’t want to even write this review because I’d like to keep these guys my secret (despite the 100+ reviews they already have). I recognize that’s selfish so I’ll publicly admit that these guys are legitimately phenomenal. I called on New Year’s Day because my mom’s car was struggling with a stuck gearshift. I had brought it to a shop up the street and they hadn’t worked on it in a week so I was starting to get desperate. I spoke to Timmy and he told me to bring it in the next morning and if it was a small repair like I had a hunch that it was, he would fix it right away. He mentioned that they had some other cars in the shop so if it was something beyond the brake light switch, it would take more time. The next morning I showed up right around the time they open and they saw me right away. A couple hours later Timmy called and said everything was set. They even got their guys to drop off the car right to my mom‘s house. Like are you kidding??? Who could ask for anything more? Not that I would want anything to happen to my/our car(s) but I look forward to continue to give these guys my business. Thank you!

I needed a tow from CT to PA on a Sunday, so I called up AAA. I thought it was going to be hard to get a tow for that far on a Sunday. But to my surprise, they set up a tow with Westville AutoCare. Dealing with Timmy from Westville over the phone was easy and everything got set up super smoothly and came within two hours. Then his son Matthew comes by to get the car and turns it on and figured out the problem with the car! Unfortunately it still needed a tow, but I was extremely happy with the knowledge and the smoothness of it all. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I also learned they have a repair shop near me, so I will also use them in the future! Thanks for the help!

I had an amazing experience at Westville Auto!! After a dealership quoted me far too much to replace a drive belt and swaybar end links, I reached out to them last Friday, and was able to get in today on Tuesday. Whole process was super easy, the price was infinitely better than the original quote I got, and when dropping off the car, the nice gentleman that was helping me even drove me home since I live down the street! Last night , Friday,, I needed a tow for my 2014 F150, called AAA and requested a tow. I will say that my dealings and experience with the actual AAA call center staff was absolutely terrible. However, the service and attitude from your driver James was absolutely GREAT! James was incredibly friendly, personable, and very helpful, in the situation at hand. I can't say enough good things about this shop. My husband's car unfortunately died and had to be towed to a different dealership. I reached out to AAA and this was the company I matched with. Timmy called me to get the needed information and was so polite. They made the process simple. Matthew was the driver that picked up my husband's car.
