Highly recommend, great experience! Needed parts replaced, so shopped around for a bit - Whitt's turned out to be by far the most reasonably priced, and they were most willing to work with me. Took my car in mid-morning and it was ready to pickup by closing time the same day. Would definitely recommend - these guys go the extra mile for you! Fair, reasonably priced, easy to work with! Definitely my first choice for any future car problems!

I’ve been taking my car to Whitt’s since I first moved to Auburn 12 years ago. I now live in Phenix City but trust David, Mary, and their team so much that it’s worth the trip to continue taking my car to Whitt’s for repairs. He and his team always do excellent work. He’s really helped me out more than once by doing some repairs for no or minimal charge. Also, he thoroughly explains any work I should have done on my car and helps me to assess whether it needs to be done immediately or if it can wait, which is super helpful.

Never in my life have I had an experience at an auto repair shop this good. Mr. Whitt and his wife personally work the front and greeted me with a smile. They were easy to talk to and explained things I didn’t know to me. I was not due to be serviced until 3pm, but the repairs were completed by 9:30am! Not to mention the prices are AFFORDABLE.

He handled towing the car from my son’s apartment to his shop. He had it fixed very quickly and back to my son. He didn’t have to miss a single class to deal with his car. Well, first of all, these guys know their stuff, and it always shows when they work on our vehicles. They are also friendly, explain things well. When they do the work they are quick and efficient, all for a reasonable price. I remember the saying you want it good, cheap, and quick, but you can only pick one of the three.
