Excellent work. Carlos came over and fixed everything properly. He cleaned up the glass from the inside and was very accommodating considering the lack of parking space. I hope no one has to go through with the broken glass in winters, but if you do, WindshieldHUB is the place to go

Amazing service! Very happy and would recommend. Andrew was helpful in getting the window replacment scheduled and answering my questions about the service over the phone. Walter who replaced the window did a fantastic job, the window replacement went quickly, looks great and he even adjusted the seats in my car to make sure the entire back area was vacuumed thoroughly and no glass pieces remained. I highly recommend them. Better pricing than safelite and many other glass repair companies I called, and they came to my location for free.

Dear Management, Thank you for your email, although I was told yesterday that somebody would call me back! I guess the generation of today prefers to do things over email as opposed to true customer service! It is a sad State of Affairs that a multi State company would take advantage of a Senior Citizen, who had to miss a day of work to get their back window fixed. I could not afford to take another day off, so I booked an appointment with your company, thinking that the job would be completed to the highest standard. Instead I got another company that you contract with to complete the job. The cost was $740 dollars (on a fixed income). Absolutely disgusted with my experience. It is not worth the money saved versus Safelite. I have paint damage and a broken windshield 5 months after install and have been told to basically go fly a kite. I’ve never had a worse experience with any company I’ve ever dealt with. I am looking at thousands in damages. This company is a joke and I cannot believe that any of these other reviews are real. I’ve filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please for the love of god take your business elsewhere

My car was broken into and the their smashed a window and stole my bag. I was already pretty flustered having to replace everything. I’m so grateful that I was able to get an appointment same day - much faster than the other well known companies. Plus the quote came in about $100 less. After making the appointment, I was very appreciative of how communicative the company was. They called to give me updates and were very responsive via text. The technician was great! Super professional and very thorough! While I hope I never have to use them again, if I did, I would call them again in a second.

What a great experience. It was easy and the communication on their end was on point. Any questions I had they were prompt to respond and reached out shortly after my inquiry. Worked with me to get a plan set up. Then was able to get a technician out to my vehicle within a couple of days. Not only did he put a new front windshield in on a older 2004 Nissan Titan. Not the easiest to find. He did an awesome job on the seal around it as well. Very personable and professional. I really cant be any happier with the experience I had with WindshieldHUB.
