Die Reparatur wurde vollständig bezahlt aber nicht vollständig ausgeführt. Die Ersatzteile wurden komplett bezahlt an die Werkstatt, die sie dann vergessen hat zu bestellen (während sie ca ein halbes Jahr Zeit hatte). Also haben wir die Teile privat nochmals besorgen müssen, damit die Reparatur fertiggestellt werden konnte. Eine Erstattung der Kosten der Teile gab es nicht. Bei der Probefahrt am Ende stellten wir fest, dass der Motor nicht festgeschraubt war. Alle(!) Schrauben zum befestigen des Motors wurden daraufhin festgezogen und wir sind endlich in den Urlaub gestartet. Leider in Summe nicht gut gelaufen.

They took $2.5k to do an alignment, replace the tires and fix the AC. They only replaced the tires. They scammed me for not knowing anything about cars.

Dealt with them for over a year. This is by far the worst mechanic experience I've had. The list is long of all the things they did wrong and charged me dearly for it. Leak never stopped leaking, replaced glass and outer rim was popping out of edges thus leaving my car exposed to the rain and snow, glass was blurry and defective. Obtained parking tickets under their watch for the tune of $200. Of course there's more to add, but it's suffice to say they will do a poor job especially if you're a woman. Mechanics taking advantage of a woman is a classic.

A girlfriend highly recommended Lou and his mechanics twelve years ago. We had just gone to a garage, who we felt, were inventing a lot repairs, so my friend recommended we go see Lou for a second opinion. His estimate was much more realistic and we immediately felt in good hands. Since then, Lou has taken care of our car with tremendous care and I feel he is always honest and accurate with his appraisals and the work has never been anything but great. Lou has always treated me with the utmost respect and I'm always happy to take the car down for the yearly check up and have the opportunity shoot the breeze with Lou. Took my 17 year-old (but always garaged) Acura TL to Manhattan Auto, with a scary-sad frontend after 300K mostly highway miles. Every ripple in the roadway left me breathless. In 2 1/2 days, at a fair price for parts and labor, louis took the car out and pronounced it "Perfect". After 4 month and several thousand miles over all kinds of pavement, the alignment is still, well, perfect. A pleasure to drive again. Great job. Thank you.

$1000 for a diagnosis and it’s NOT used towards repair!? That’s ridiculous even new Rochelle Range Rover dealer charges $305 and it’s used towards the fix. Total scam . Called because the door system thinks it’s unlocked but its mechanically locked
