The worst. Don’t recommend. Very unprofessional. I went to them when they were Steve’s Auto after my car was damaged in an auto accident. They had my car for weeks and never informed me they moved to another location and they were very nonchalant about it. I wasn’t able to reach anyone by phone for weeks, it wasn’t until I went down there that I found out that they moved. That’s the first thing that was wrong. Next they have my car for more than a month and keep changing the story of when it will it be finished. Telling me different stories and playing games like they want to hold onto my car after they told me a time and date to pick up the car. The times kept changing, different stories and excuses as to why I can’t get my car. I finally get my car after going off on them and the car seats look like they had some dirty tires or something stored on the backseat. They cleaned it and I could still see the darkness on my seats. Lastly, the gas lever doesn’t work and it was working before. I couldn’t even get the gas open and I was on E, I had to use a screwdriver to ply it open which caused scratches to my car. I will be suing them to fix that. NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE WILL I GO TO THEM. DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER!!!!

Terrible place to bring your car they are understaff and I brought my car there to get an oil changed , Turns out they flooded my engine with oil and My exhaust started to spit white smoke. They’re very unprofessional I wouldn’t suggest anyone even if you don’t have the money for a mechanic to go there ever!

Very fair and honest people. I went to 3 shops between East Hartford and Hartford and they all tried to PERSUADE me to go through insurance, quoting me $5700+... But when I came to Windsor St Auto, I was quoted LESS THAN HALF of what other shops quoted me. Work was done FAST and the work is immaculate.

Avoid this place at all costs. I came in for a simple oil change, and within seconds of leaving, my car started smoking and shaking. Completely unprofessional and one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. DO NOT GO HERE.
