The office lady there was really nice! My beef isn’t with the people. My problem is that they have audacity to charge people for something you can do right at home. If you lost your key code for your door check YouTube. Do throw your money down the drain.

The service department at wittmeier has always done their best work on both my car and my parents cars. They know what they’re doing, they work fast, and we’ve just never had a problem. I know anytime I go to get anything done, it’ll be a good experience.

Went in to get headlight work done and replace the battery. $1900 (pre tax) of recommended work later, they had the gall to call me up and want to charge even more for the battery. They left a new filter in my passenger seat, telling me it was a cabin air filter, but it's the wrong one for my car! I'm going to another mechanic to get their work double-checked and I'll put the damn battery in myself. Update a year later: The work they did was valid, they just charged a lot. They also recommended getting my front ball bearings replaced, which I did at another mechanic who showed me what bad condition they were in. I don't know much about cars and didn't know the wheel bearings were even something to be watching out for, and I could've died if I was driving on 99 and a wheel suddenly fell off. So I am grateful for that. I just will never be coming back here for work again. If you think your battery can be replaced under warranty, go to Interstate Batteries instead.

Can't go wrong at Wittimiier Chevy. The service is outstanding, Dan is the man, professional, and always knows how to deal with my car. The girls at the desk, greet you with a smile, are pleasant and also very professional. I live in Cottonwood and won't take my car anywhere else. When you get great service and professional experience I'm loyal to a fault. Wittimiier Chevy service in Chico is the best in my book if you want your car worked on. Ask for Dan he'll treat you right and so will the girls.

Horrible service from sales every time I have been there. They put in the wrong paperwork to the IRS for the sale of my 2024 Chevy Equinox EV in Chico, CA and I did not get my $7000.00 rebate. They refuse to talk to me and discuss the status of getting this fixed by always having a messenger say that the manager will call me tomorrow. Each and every time I never get a call. This happened with another sales issue as well, treating me like I am not worthy of their attention or that they don’t want to get me my money. This whole thing was their fault and they won’t fix it so now I am beginning the process of publicizing it and going to get legal help.

Scheduling was reasonably easy, and Dan got me in to a loaner vehicle without any trouble. He advised me of the potential delays with parts, and got them in earlier than expected.
