My service experience at Chico Mazda was excellent. Service Advisor Caleb was prepared for my appointment when I arrived and gladly accepted the service special coupons I brought to the appointment. Service Technician Nick provided a full circle inspection video detailing my vehicles overall condition and provided an optional recommendation to replace the cabin and engine air filters. All of the requested services were completed in a timely and professional manner. The customer waiting area was clean and spacious.

I have been to this location a few times and they do not respect your appointments for oil change. I called off work to get work done and waited 3+ hours, for something so simple like an oil change. Their service techs need to work more efficient and respect the appointments that are given.

Chico Mazda service department was my car repair saviors. Worse possible thing that could happened, happened right as we're heading in for Christmas to spend with family. Our Mazda overheated and was steaming on Highway 32. Literally less than 10 miles to destination and our car flashed a huge warning that it's overheated. We were baffled because we had just taken it in for service in Los Angeles 2 months prior with a vehicle inspection and general maintenance. So the start of our trip created a lot of stress and anxiety because our car overheated. We take it into Chico Mazda for a diagnostic test and they tell us what's wrong and helped us even though it wasn't their problem to fix. If I could take my car in for regular service, I would definitely come back to Chico Mazda if I didn't live over 600 miles away. Caleb and Mike were so helpful and tried not to create more stress for us and my huge family of 6 traveling. If you're in the area and need service for your Mazda, I would highly recommend it here.

I made an appointment for 11:00 and showed up around 10:45 as common courtesy. The service was for oil change, tire rotation as needed and a recall. I was told a little after noon it would be ready. Well a little after 2:00 it was finally ready. Not a big deal except we had family coming in from afar. I was texted and told we are a little backed up and the person working on your car is at lunch. Why make an appointment working around your own schedule and actually planning for a little setback. Wow. No discount but thank you for understanding. How about understanding customers time as well!
