Friendly and convenient service, reasonable costs. Communication stands to improve, at least based on my experience. I had to call to get updates on status of my repair multiple times. However, everyone was very friendly and apologetic, just not as organized as I would have hoped. I'll certainly go back as a repeat customer.

The guys at this location are great. They aren't pushy.They tell you want your car needs and let you make the decision. This was my second time using this Woodies location and I will continue to use them. It's nice to have a place to service my car. They have a shuttle so I didn't have to wait at the shop all day. Definitely recommend giving them a try if you are looking for a place to service your car.

I had one doozy of a night and this place really came through. My car died in the gym parking lot in the same shopping center as them. When I called the man working offered to jump my car off after they closed because he couldn’t leave with him being the only one there. Turns out they had a tech there he didn’t realize was still there. The tech came to the complete opposite side of the parking lot with a jump box and when we still couldn’t get my car started he volunteer to PUSH MY SUV across the parking lot in the SNOW! While they couldn’t end up getting it started the next morning, they gave me all the tools to get it towed to the dealership. They really could’ve done me dirty but instead treated me so well and went way above and beyond. So happy to know I have a trustworthy shop close by!

Woodie's in general has always taken good care of me, but the location on Prosperity was the best. Michael was super kind and forthcoming about what we needed to get our older, but new to us, SUV up to speed. He communicated every step of the way with total transparency and they did great work to make the car safe and reliable again. Needed a new thermostat in my GMC Canyon truck. Called Woodie’s for a quote. Gave them the year, make and model of my truck. They advised $625 to install a new thermostat. When I brought the truck in for diagnostic and repair they called me later and said my truck was 6 cyl and they quoted a 4 cyl price. Thermostat replacement for 6 cyl would be $1421 about 2-1/4 times the original quoted price. The work done was good but I would think a professional business would have known upfront the price difference between 4 & 6 cylinder job. Had I known the price prior to delivering my truck I may have gotten additional quotes. Seemed like a low quote to get me in there. Expect more from professionals.

Did their best to at least look at my vehicle on a Saturday, and then perform diagnostic tests. Fair price to replace starter, and worked to find another mystery problem and repair quickly and on complementary. Staff was polite and professional, waiting area clean and comfortable with coffee, drinks and snacks. Offer a shuttle that will travel in a 5 to 10 min range.

Seth at Woodie's was outstanding. He told me about a tow truck service. My car was delivered there and they started on my car right away. Seth kept me informed as to what they were going to do so I didn't run into any surprises. Woodie's was fast with fixing my car. I was able to pick up within a week. The cost was reasonable. Woodie's sent their courtesy driver to pick Me up once the car was completed. I will recommend Woodie's to family and friends.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. Terrible experience. Took my car to have my tires mounted and balanced, left with more issues that I came in with. Not only was a sensor “broken” and needed to be replaced, my rims were severely scratched. With my wheels being painted, this discrepancy was very noticeable. After speaking with the manager, it was understood that they should be fixed. I dropped my car off and they had it for a week, only for me to get my car back and the scratches weren’t fixed. I voiced my frustration and left, thinking that someone was going to reach back out to fix the discrepancies that they caused, but of course nobody reached back out to me. Instead I was offered a free oil change. I’m still in the process of gathering information for small claims court, but I honestly don’t even want to deal with this location anymore. Though the staff was very nice, this establishment is clearly mismanaged and the quality quite frankly sucks. Save yourself a headache and don’t go.

I had an extremely negative experience at Woody’s and will never return to this location. The service advisor I dealt with, Michael, was condescending and dismissive. As a female customer, I did not feel respected or taken seriously at all. The pricing was also outrageous this was the highest amount I’ve ever paid for a basic oil change in my life. When it came to my inspection, there was no willingness to help me find a reasonable or practical solution. I ultimately had everything taken care of elsewhere without their help. To make matters worse, the shuttle experience was just as uncomfortable. The shuttle driver was rude, did not greet me, did not respond when I said hello, and made the entire ride feel cold and unwelcoming. I genuinely did not feel comfortable during that experience. Customer service matters at every level, and this location failed across the board. I will never return, regardless of any response from management. I strongly advise others, especially women, to take their business elsewhere.

Made an unexpected trip here because I ran over a nail and it was the closest location. I Walked in and was treated like royalty by the manager Kyle. He was welcoming, pleasant professional, communicative, engaging, and informed. He gave me several realistic options & solutions after listening to what I needed. I honestly walked in not wanting to spend money. But he was honest, ethical and transparent. Thus, I purchased a tire and will definitely be back! I highly recommend! And, no, I am not a robot nor was I paid to write this. lol. I’m just grateful for a high quality customer service experience, which quite rare nowadays. Shout out to Kyle! Keep up the good work.
