I had Xpel install XR PLUS tint on my EV. I’m now noticing better range as the AC doesn’t have to work extra hard to keep the cabin cool. After watching many YouTube videos on tint reviews, I went with Xpel, quality of the tint, customer service and how easy it was to do everything. I had all windows except windshield and the roof done. Highly recommend Xpel, but they did a horrible job cleaning up after themselves. A couple days later I went to go clean my car and seen soap residue by my rear windows and towards my cargo area in the back. I expected more for what I paid. Update: 4/30/2024- went back and they took care of everything.

I can’t speak highly enough of this company and the quality of their work. Kenny gave me information and prices without trying to pressure sales on me at all. He knew tons of information about the product AND my car which were super helpful. Riley, at the front desk, is just lovely. She called me before my car was finished and said “it’ll be done by the time you get here” and it was! Super nice! I am a customer for life.

UPDATE TO RECENT REVIEW: Hugh from XPEL Scottsdale got in touch with me this week and was very apologetic and we had a great chat about where the local office dropped the ball and seems like just a perfect storm of being around the 4th of July holiday, some computer glitches but took ownership that they failed to their own standards. I appreciated his candor and willingness to make things right. Although I wound up going with another provider for my window tinting service, I am updating my review. Since they didn't do the work, I cannot give 5 Stars but again, appreciated Hugh trying to make this right and he offered a great deal on future service so happy to give 4 Stars. Will update again if I ever get service on a future vehicle. Thanks for the call and email Hugh! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Went online and requested a quote. Put in all my details (2024 Range Rover Sport) and was given a fair quote and their message said they'd contact me to schedule an install. Been two weeks and nothing. I've called several times and always goes to voicemail. I've left messages and no one has bothered to call back. Have also responded to their email quote requesting someone call me to schedule the install. Nothing. Not sure how this place has a 4.9 rating when they can't respond. I've had XPEL on several other vehicles from installers in different who were on top of it, professional and communicative. Very disappointed.

I dropped off my Ferrari F8 on May 30th for a full body PPF wrap and picked it up on June 6th. They said they needed 7 days to do the work. I went with this particular location because they had some outstanding reviews on Google and Xpel was the product I wanted installed on my car so it made the most sense. When calling about the process I specifically asked if they wrapped edges since it was my understanding that standard cuts did not always provide enough give to wrap all areas so installers would need to customize the print to get extra film for each section. I was told they wrap all edges. The car had a previous frontend clear bra install done which had slits/gaps on the hood. I was told they would do a full coverage on the hood without having slits and gaps. When I picked the car up, the first thing that stood out was the same slits on the hood. I drove the car home and put it on my lift. After further inspection I noticed there were several areas that were not wrapped around the edges or not covered at all. Most areas the wrap stopped a quarter inch above the edges. The car doors, which is the highest probability of getting a chip or ding, only had a quarter of the edges wrapped. The front air intakes have sizable gaps in the film where again there’s a high probability of debris causing chips in the paint. The entire bottom half of the rear diffuser is not even wrapped. The side air intakes have sizable gaps in the film as well. There are gaps in the rear air intakes close to the wing that have gaps in the film and the wrap stops a half an inch above the air intakes. Overall there are so many areas that are not fully covered and edges were not wrapped. There is a bigger issue that we’re currently dealing with and were told over 3 weeks ago that we would receive video footage of when our car was there for the install. We have yet to have this issue resolved so I will update my review once we receive a final response. I’m currently getting my Range Rover satin wrapped by another company and couldn’t imagine having the same gaps and edges being exposed. We specifically asked and paid for a full body wrap. What we were told and what we received are two different things. I’ve attached photo so you can see for yourself and decide if this is where you’d want to take your car to get wrapped.

They did a great job on my window tint and even got some scratches out of the side of my truck while the tint was getting done. Service was done faster than quoted as well. I’ll be back for more paint corrections and to get my wife’s tint done also.

I recently took my vehicle in for PPF touch up that was originally serviced at an out of state shop. They did a great job getting my vehicle in as soon as possible. The PPF is now perfect. While the vehicle was there, I asked to have my windows and windshield tinted. They had no problem adding on this service while the car was still there. Chris was amazing from start to finish and was very understanding when I was unable to pick the vehicle up when I got stuck at work unexpectedly. He made sure my car was inside and safe. I asked for a quote on a chip from my old wrap and they said, oh that small. We can knock that out in 5m and it’ll just be $25. I said… it would be a waste of time to come back at that price lol.
