From start to finish, the experience was top-tier....straight professionalism, honesty, and quality work. They gave me a quote, stuck to it, and the price was unbeatable. No surprises, no upsells. .. just real integrity. You can tell they actually care about your car and your safety, not just the sale. They got my car completely right. Brakes, rotors, everything....smooth, perfect. You can feel the difference the second you drive off. And they respected my time too.... communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right before handing me the keys. Junior, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable about cars. He took his time and actually taught me about how my car works, showed me all the systems and how each part affects one another, and worked with me on a solution. He even checked in on me after hours to check on the status of my car. Im still deciding what my next move will be in regards to my car, but I wanted to rave on the excellent customer service I received during my crisis. I took my vehicle to be inspected because of a noise on the rear wheels, so they inspected and found that the issue was with both bearings on the rear end. They didn’t charge for the inspection. The guy upfront was very polite and disclosed the price, parts and the labor before proceeding to fix it. They did it in a timely manner (dropped at 9:30 AM and picked at 5:00 PM) and they were fair with prices.

I had a very great experience at Xpress Auto Repair. I came to the shop recently to get new front brake pads and rotors installed, and the mechanic did a very phenomenal job with the installation and I will return in the near future to replace the rear brake pads and rotors. The representative Jesse was very professional and helpful so I definitely appreciate that and the prices were very reasonable and they do work with warranty companies as well and the wait was not long so I will definitely return soon and I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs on their vehicles. Also I just recently returned to get a coolant leak repaired at a very reasonable price so I truly appreciate that!!!

He helped me out so much with my car. We had a whole conversation about how the person who did my invoice before overcharged me, and he was genuinely upset for me because he explained how they cheated me out of my money. He made it very clear that he does not do his customers like that at all. His customer service is top tier. He fully explained what was wrong with my car, broke down the problem in a way I could understand, and showed me that the parts were way cheaper than what I was originally charged. He also got my car fixed the same day, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend coming to him if you need your car fixed. He’s very genuine, honest, and actually builds a bond with his customers. I’ll for sure be coming back.

I have a 04 Mercury Sable. It was my mom’s car. She bought it new off the showroom floor. Found them on TikTok. Looked at the reviews…talked to Junior on Wednesday came in on Saturday morning. Needed power steering work done. In by 8:30…done by 12:30. Jesse was cool and efficient. It drives like new! I will be back because it’s a GREAT running car but these Chicago streets have definitely beat it up.

Rogelio’s story is such an inspiration. I live close to two auto repair shops but his story made me want to go check him out! He is punctual and he answers calls within that hour. I went in looking for tires all 4 tires, year round, and got a good price for reliable tires. They also work with you on payment plans! If you do not have cash to pay it off they offer finance in which I got approve then and there. He also gave me a free wheel alignment ☺️ I’ll definitely be coming back here to get my car serviced!

I had a really really bad oil leak, like it was coming out as soon as I put more in. Took it into Xpress because I liked the reviews, they took a look at what was actually the problem, and it was the main gaskets that connects straight to the engine!! I sat down, spoke with Jessie about my options, what it’s gonna cost, and I had $23 on hand okay!! They have two different options for financing if you need it (I did) it was a huge relief being young and broke. I asked if I needed to make an appointment, Jessie said call the next day in the morning, I did, he said bring it in, and they made space and time for how severe my car problem was!!! She’s running so smooth now! Great experience, there was no “hidden” fees, the price I was given was the price I walked away with after my car was fixed! Super busy, because they’re just that good, but it was worth it! And my uncle told me the price I paid for all the work they put in is unheard of!! The dealership would’ve wanted at least 4x more. Thank you guys!

I had a check engine light on. They knew exactly what was wrong with it. They showed me how much the part would cost and gave a fair price for labor! I eaa expecting it to be more. Then, I realized my warranty covers it and they refunded me the money with no issues! They showed me where thw car part is in the vehicle and educated me on how it happened. Sorry for the delay review , HOWEVER I would Love to say they saved me🫶🏼 My mom passed down one of her cars to me and everything went left in one week (transmission and someone backed into my car door🙃). I had found out about them on TikTok and saw nothing but GREAT reviews, so I decided to give them a try and SATISFIED that I did. They rebuilt my new engine, replaced my water pump and removed/replace timing belt. They are VERY patient, VERY professional and time manageable. For everyone that are skeptical, they explain everything CLEARLY, they will show you in person what’s going on and give you a reasonable price. As a new car owner, that meant a lot to me. Their works speaks for itself and i receive a one year warranty on it. So pleaseee respect them. I haven’t had any problems since, they do recommend coming in every 6 months to get the car checked out so everything can run smoothly lol. It’s hard to find mechanics they provide genuine service, PLEASEE YALL respect businesses like this. INVEST IN THEM. They truly care about their customers and craft mostly.

Came to Express Auto Repair on 51st & Kedzie for a full synthetic Mobil 1 oil change and they took care of me fast. Prices were very reasonable and the service was professional. They also found a leak I didn’t know about and gave me an honest estimate without trying to pressure me into anything. My car needed a new drain plug too, and they replaced it at no extra cost, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find a shop that’s affordable and honest, but these guys were both. Definitely coming back.
