Sore far only 1 time for mechanical problems but 7 yrs for saftey inspection. I have had no problems as of yet. They are respectful, great customer service, done in a timely manner and I would rat at 5 stars but have only been there really once. So I leave room for improvement. As for prices they charged me about $250 more than what it would have cost me to do it myself. So price is so far respectable and alot cheaper than going to the man(dealer). No disrespect to them we all have to make a buck.

Husband needed a safety check done, so he called and told him to come in at a certain time. Unfortunately, they changed locations so we ran late to our scheduled time. Not located on Mookaula St, they’re at 501 Sumner St. He was understanding of the mix up and didn’t mind. It was really quick and easy. Reasonably priced too, but if you pay with card there’s a $5 charging fee. But otherwise still overall great experience. Would recommend 👍🏼

Google maps tries to take you through Costco parking lot but thats wrong. You need to enter off Sumner st. Other than that theyre super solid. Fast safety check and great service!
