Today, I bought a beautiful 2026 Nissan Frontier, and it was the very best buying experience ever. Rodney Williams (Sales Consultant), Joseph Johnson (Sales Manager), and Paige Nicolao (Finance Manager) were courteous, professional, and very efficient. Price negotiations were honest and fair, and the final price was excellent. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Thanks to the great folks at Younger Nissan of Frederick. My experience here has been outstanding! Ralph the service advisor is very nice with excellent communication! I can't think of a time a dealership has ever kept me as informed as he did. I want to make note I like that when you call you get a live person on the phone. Alot of dealerships are automated for the first few steps. To close this review the popcorn machine was a nice little touch:) Keep it up guys and gals!

Everyone we came into contact with from the moment we walked in (including the customers) were friendly, professional, and warm spirited. (It was a 16 degree day with high winds.) I really loved this place. They have a great staff. All of the employees I met with were great. Diego Ortiz, Rob Harley, Paige Nicolao, and Joey Johnson were wonderful to work with. I even met with a Cashier who took my down payment. Even they greeted me with a smile. All the staff was playful and fun. We had a great time and I could tell that this is a place where everyone enjoys coming to work. I was walked around and introduced to the service department as well. They have every award you could think of. The service manager Jesse Carreno even came out and greeted me. I have never been treated this well at a business before in my life.
