I recently went to Younique to get my Subaru serviced, on the recommendation of my former mechanic. He lost his business in the Paradise Camp Fire. I was very happy with the friendly reception I received. My first impression was that the owner and mechanics who work at Younique are honest, professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely return to Younique and especially recommend them to other woman who may have had less than satisfactory experiences with automotive shops in the past. I had a great experience at Younique when I brought my wife's vehicle in to have the brakes checked. As it turned out only the parking brake mechanism needed adjustment. They did a full safety inspection too and finished work in about an hour. Friendly guys, excellent service, a trustworthy shop. Recommended!

I found Younique Automotive Service about a year ago and love the service i have recieved on my 2011 Acura. The owner and Kevin in the office have been very professional and take the time to explain details of each repair. They have always been great about getting parts ordered in a timely manner, all quoted prices have been reasonable and service turn times faster than expected or estimated. Pay with a check to get a discount!! Both Kevin and Craig are super people. They really take care of you and your vehicle. These guys have always been honest with me. I don't think they charge the lowest price, but their work is high quality work. So it's 100% worth it to me. Once I needed a diagnosis, so I set up an appointment with them. Then they called me back and suggested I first try something before coming in for the diagnosis/service. Their suggestion did in fact solve my problem and they helped save me from having to come in! Little honest things like that I really appreciate as a customer. It shows they have my best interests in mind. Also both the owner and Kevin the other tech are really nice and personable.

I was passing through town and found that my lower ball joint was on its way out. Craig fit me in last-minute and not only replaced the culprit ball joint, but he caught a couple other important issues and worked with me to get them repaired with a very quick turn-around. Kevin did a really good job taking care of my girlfriend's car. I brought it in with a funny sound and they ended up diagnosing it quickly, while also finding other issues and repairing things going above and beyond. He also made sure that I knew the right antifreeze and also let me decide what I could do myself and helped me save a little bit of money. There's nothing better than under promise and over deliver, while also saving money and way ahead of schedule on the time estimate. Best experience I've ever had highly suggest anybody else to come here. I'd even bring my truck in as it felt that trustworthy and honest. I will for sure be returning to Younique Automotive. Dealership couldn't diagnose my truck's problem...after a pricey spark plug change, of course. Younique pinpointed the issue after a test drive and advised me on the fix with a cost estimate and time frame. A rear driveline was needed and might take several days to get the parts. Kevin called back and had found a second vendor that could deliver the parts next day. They had my truck repaired by the end of that day. Problem is gone and truck runs smooth again. Talk about great service! Thanks guys.
