Went to them Saturday for a noise I heard pm my 2018 jeep compass had no idea what it was, he told me he couldn’t get me in until 12, but I decided to drop the car off at 11am no later than 30 minutes he called me back telling me what was wrong with the vehicle and he had my car back to me by 12:30pm. 10 out of 10.

I am beyond satisfied in the service I received from 5 kings repair shop today! I found this shop on google because my Cadillac was making a grinding noise in the Rear and Ron told me to come bring it in so he could take a look! To my surprise he was able to diagnose and Fix the issue in under 2 HOURS! SAME DAY! I’ve never even been here before! My wife already commented about Ron, the kind mechanic at 5 Kings who fixed a strange rattle in our car’s undercarriage. I had to post a follow up, though, to rave about the things he fixed without even mentioning. Right before we got there, the Mazda beeped at us for having low pressure in one of the tires. After our service, the tire was magically filled up. We also had a piece of plastic hanging off our bumper after an unfortunate run in with stray rebar in a parking lot. It could hit one of the tires at certain angles, usually when we are making a hard right, making a loud scraping noise. We just noticed a couple hours later that, somehow, the sound disappeared. When we checked the bumper, the plastic was popped back in place. I mean, wow. What a great spot. Once again, we highly recommend!

Passed my inspection with flying colors thanks to Ronnie doing amazing work on my car. Both mechanics who inspected my vehicle asked if I got parts replaced (I did thanks to Ronnie) because everything looks brand new. They said they’ve never seen a Kia Soul with 214,000 miles and that it’s the best maintained Soul they’ve ever seen. They said it’s in “tip top” condition and that as long as I keep up with my oil changes my car will last a long time. Couldn’t have done it without him! Best mechanic ever.

A friend of mine from out of town had his struts go on a Sunday, and not only were they able to get him in that day, they didn't try to charge him extra. Ron and his crew at 5 Kings are wonderful. They were accommodating and knowledgeable and extremely responsive. My son has been trying to get his car fixed for weeks and has gotten the run around. Ron was helpful and quick and treated us with kindness and respect. Reasonably priced. Their location is not the easiest to access but they made sure the car was easy to pull out when I came to pick it up. Go see Ron! He'll help you out, I promise.
