Traveling and got a cracked windshield on a Friday afternoon. Our insurance uses Safelite Repair and they couldn't replace until a week from when we were going home. 502 not only replaced it the day we needed but did it quickly and we are able to go home. Highly recommend. They replaced the windshield in my truck for under $500 and it took them only 20 minutes. The glass looks better than the OEM one did. They have a very accommodating waiting area if you do have to hang out for a bit. Just a great small local business that I'm glad we have in town.

I usually don’t write reviews but I was super impressed with 502 auto glass. I filled out a simple form online with exactly what I needed (windshield replacement). I got a call that same day with a quote. I showed up on time for my appointment. The email I received prior said it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. I think I was there a whole 40 minutes and it was done. I am from Indiana and was referred to this place by a coworker because we don’t have the luxury of getting windshields replaced by insurance for free. Overall, I would highly recommend them for honest work.

The waiting area was very clean and had arcade machines which were great for keeping my kids entertained. They also have a tv with kid friendly content. I came here with my 1999 miata today. The guy was really really helpful, knowledgable, aswell as compashionate. I have been strapped for funds ever since i moved here (louisville) and i can say with out a doubt this guy cares for his customers. His prices are best in town. And there is loony toons on in the (rather well decorated) waiting room. Witch might i add had access to a water fountain and a couple arcade games. (Pictured below). Restroom was clean and smelled great. (Surprising for a auto shop.) They dont make the molding for my windshield anymore. However he brought me out and had me choose a diffrent molding that i liked the look of best. Explaining the difference between my old and the new. Out of my experience here. These guys are an amazing go to for all window repair needs. There lot is big enout to support most all vehicles. Give them a call and make an appointment. The do not do drive ups. But they do stick to there price givin over the phone. AND DID I MENTION LOONY TOONS? one statement. HELL YEAH BROTHER!
