I had another company put a windshield in my Lincoln MKX and they obviously didn’t do the job correctly bc my rubber molding came loose . I stopped at A+Auto Glass without an appointment and the owner told me without hesitation to pull around back and will take care of it right away. They not only fixed it properly but cleaned all the access glue the previous company got all over my paint. He didn’t charge me anything. Sir you definitely got a new customer for life. I truly appreciate what you did and I suggest to anyone that needs a windshield to go to A+Auto Glass &Calibrations. That kind of customer service really doesn’t exist anymore.

I came in thinking I needed to replace my rear window because of what I’d read online. When they looked at it, the worker let me know the window itself was fine—it was just an issue with the tint. Instead of doing unnecessary work, they redirected me to a near by place that could fix the tint issue. Their honesty saved me a lot of money, and it really showed how trustworthy both the worker and the business are. Next time something happens to my window or someone i know, im definitely recommending this place.

I unexpectedly needed a windshield replacement after a rock hit & cracked it on the highway - and I needed it fast because this weekend we are heading out of the country and didn’t want to wait until we return. I called Autoglass on Thursday morning and Tony was extremely helpful on the phone. The receptionist Joella (apologies if I misspelled) called me after providing the vehicle info and got me an appointment that same day. The replacement took an hour and a half and I had a brand new windshield . They made this process so easy and painless. Quick and straight to the point, all while being super courteous. These are your guys for all your glass needs!

I booked an appointment to have my window replaced, presuming that the owner would match his reviews. I shouldn’t have any problems with customer service. Let me tell you, I was fooled. My appointment was scheduled for 7/6 at 8:30am. I arrived at 8:38am with a small STICKY NOTE located on the door reading “ I’ll be back, any one LATE please call”. I didn’t even receive a courtesy customer call. So I decided to call, he forwarded my calls 5 times. Casing point he arrives with the NASTIEST attitude, almost as if I was wrong for even being there. Rushing the whole process. I tried to wiggle a few questions but he answered everything very hasty. I decided not to go with this company. Just a little TIP you should…… learn customer service , most importantly NEVER judge a book by its COVER (COLOR). Review STAR = 1/10 of a star
