I called Joella , who speedily worked with my insurance company to process/handle the claim. I had a 9 am appointment which I arrived early for. A+ brought the car in early and they replaced the windshield within the 1-1.5 hour time frame that was quoted. The workmanship was impeccable. I highly recommend A+ Auto glass & Calibrations!!!!!!! I have had Safelite replace a car window in the past and they cut up a lot of the leather and vinyl while replacing the window. I will never use Safelite again.

Not only did he replace my rear windshield in a timely manner but the reason I needed to replace the windshield is that the trunk lock stopped working so I needed to strap down the hood to get home from a family vacation in SC but I strapped it too hard and the hook from the strap punctured the windshield where the trunk and it come together. I asked Tony if he could fix it and he told me if I get the part he would do it. I got the part, scheduled the visit, brought it in, he fixed it, I went to pay, he said "don't worry about it"!!!!! One of the best experiences I've ever had with any business. Go with Mom and Pop businesses, not the chains!! Thanks "Uncle" Tony! J. Matthews

Tony always makes sure to have the right windshield for my car at time of appointment. Then the team is prompt and professional. One visit he noticed one of the side mirrors was broken. I had dreaded having it replaced because I thought the price would be more than the need. Tony made an offer to fix it I could pass up. A + Auto Glass is the only place to go all my glass needs.
