Love this shop! Everyone was super friendly and work was done super fast. They were able to squeeze me in same day for an AC issue and got it fixed within a few hours. They gave me an upfront cost before services were provided and it ended up being less than what they originally quoted me which was a bonus (for sure less than the dealership would've been). I had a last-minute trip planned to San Diego and needed some urgent work done on my car. I’m so glad I found A Team Automotive! It’s a family-owned shop run by a husband and wife, and they are truly incredible. After dropping off my car, the husband was kind enough to personally drive me back to my office — a gesture you don’t see often these days. They finished my brake job faster than expected and also gave me a heads-up about a couple of other issues that need attention. While they don’t handle tires, they still took the time to explain everything I should get checked out. It’s clear they care more about people than just profits. My battery died at the most inconvenient time! I went to 3 different automotive parts stores to help me not only buy the battery, but to help me replace it. The first store couldn't remove the battery, the second store told me they couldn't help me replace the battery due to liability concerns - being that I have a hybrid vehicle and it needed a "special" battery that required a memory saver, and the last store just flat out refused to help at all. I called A Team Automotive (which I should've known to call first, being that they've been my mechanic for years!) They walked me through calmly how to jump my battery to get to them safely. Once I arrived, the battery was already ordered and I was in and out of the shop within 30 min! I've been a loyal client of theirs for years, and highly recommend them for all of your vehicles!

Called for an appt because the Jeep dealership in Temecula was taking to long to diagnose my car issue. The issue was I kept having a strange, chemical smell come from the ventilation system when the heat was tuned on. They hooked up the diagnostic but couldn’t find anything wrong. They did a visual inspection and still couldn’t find anything. They did not charge me for their time to diagnose it however they recommended a cabin filter replacement. After showing me the filter I agreed and they put it in for a reasonable price. I’m definitely very pleased with their professionalism, their customer service and their friendliness. They also work on foreign vehicles, We will be coming back for all of our vehicle maintenance for now on. We highly recommend this business.
