I was given a tire quote through Facebook by someone from this shop. When I arrived after a 45-minute drive, the owners argued with the person who gave me the quote, claiming it was only the per-tire price if I bought four. This wasn’t explained at all beforehand. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they got defensive. I left and won’t be returning. Very disappointing experience.

Super fast tire repair. Only needed tire valve replacement. $10 plus $6 tip. All done on a Sunday. Local tire dealers closed or wanted me to leave it overnight. Repairman was quick, knowledgeable, and well mannered. Less than 20 minutes time from my entrance to my leaving. I highly recommend this place for excellent tire service. Hands-down the best tire service in the DFW area. I got a flat on the side of the highway and was stuck with an uncommon trailer tire size. After calling around and getting nowhere, these guys were the only ones who not only had the exact tire I needed in stock, but also came directly to me. 7/1/2020 Had a tire blow out. Got in on a Wednesday at 8:30am and had two tires changed within 30 min. $60 for 2 tires, and $20 to remove a lock nut with missing key. Not bad at all. Update 10/22/2020 The used tire I bought blew out. Dropping from 5 stars to 3.

They knicked my old wheels pulling them off, then my brand new wheels they broke a center cap and tried to super glue it on. On top of all that they didn’t balance any of the wheels so my truck was shaking down the road. Brought my truck to another shop for a balance and that’s when they showed me the broken cap. Offered no remedy. Apparently it’s my fault the cap is broke. Horrible way to do business my guy. Avoid this place 100%.

Bought a used tire here and was disappointed with the service. After removing my spare, they just tossed it in the back of my SUV against the leather seats. When I asked them to put it back properly, they wanted to charge $10 extra. I’ve been driving over 30 years and never had a shop refuse to do this basic cleanup. Not customer friendly. I would not return.

I have been a customer for years. I went in to get an estimate on what it would cost to have my brakes done because I'm on a budget. I was told that it would either be one amount or another. Needless to say I wasn't given 5 minutes of someone's time there to get an estimate on my breaks. Very disappointed

Yall be careful when going here!! Amir tried to tell me that this was a “brand new tire” when I went on 6/23 which was a Sunday. Charged me $130 for this super used up tire but I had absolutely no choice but to take it because I would have been stranded otherwise. You can literally see how used up it is in the pictures! I took these as soon as I put the tire back on 10 min later after leaving your shop. You also made a comment saying “It’s Sunday man we charge double🤷🏻‍♂️” which is absolutely ridiculous!! Never heard that in my entire life that I have been driving. I bought tires from Walmart 6 months ago that still have double the thread more than the one you sold me! Amir you know good and well that was a used up old tire you sold me and tried to tell me it was NEW👎🏼 You knew I had no other choice so that’s why you took advantage and charged me a ridiculous amount for that used tire!! I’ll give a chance to take this post down but will not delete this post until you make it right.

I had a very disappointing experience . I came in for a car inspection during business hours, only to be turned away and told that the inspection specialist had already left for the day. This was not communicated ahead of time, and it felt like a complete waste of my time. I expected better organization and customer service from a company as established . Unfortunately, this experience has left me frustrated and unlikely to return.
