Outstanding service as far as I am concerned. I usually take my cars to Brighton Auto but this time they couldn't get me in till the following week. My son mentioned we should try AA Muffler and so I gave it a whirl. I needed a Flex pipe for my daughters 2010 Focus and they quoted me $400 and was pleasantly surprised when I went to pick it up the next day, the job came in at $341. They could have still charged me $400 and I would have been none the wiser, but they didn't and that is everything right there. The guy who did the work ( sorry, can't remember his name) even came out to explain that it wasn't as hard as he thought it was going to be and is why he only charged me $341. He even repaired some other minor items on the muffler I guess that my son had done to make it sound louder ~ kids Bottom line, I was very happy with AA Muffler & Brakes and would highly recommend them.

If you have car trouble, this is the place to go!! Dave and the rest of the guys here are amazing! No joke!! They saved me and my kids. I was desperate as my car broke down while traveling from out of town. Two days prior I had to have my vehicle towed due to a low coolant issue and was told it was my water pump even though coolant was pouring out. Had that replaced only to have it break down again 2 days later. Coolant was again just pouring out. As I sat in my car calling any and all mechanic shops around I became frustrated because everyone was booked out, most over a week or more. Called AA Muffler and Brakes and spoke to Dave. Even though they were booked out he was so kind and thoughtful and told me I could bring it by and he could look at it to maybe give me an idea what was wrong but wasn’t sure they could work on it right away. I was like 2 minutes away. As soon as I pulled up, everyone was so friendly and Dave took my car back right away. Turns out it was just a clamp and they fixed it right away and didn’t charge me a penny. They took the time to answer my questions and even the mechanic came out and showed me the old clamp and explained why it wasn’t working. As I said, these guys are honest, friendly and completely kind!!! If you need car help, go see these guys!!!! Thanks again guys!!!

I just had my oil changed and went with the full synthetic. Their price was less than I've been charged at other places for mere semi synthetic. I enjoyed exiting my vehicle and waiting in their reception area with a cup of fresh coffee. The counter employees were friendly and made me feel like I was a neighbor. They will be doing my oil changes from now on, and any other service they provide if my car needs it.

I showed up at 8:15am on Monday with an exhaust system in need of repair. These guys had my car on hoist in less than 5 minutes found problem fixed exhaust and I also had them rotate all 4 tires. I was very happy as usual with AA in terms of completing requested services. Ken went above and beyond to complete my tire rotation when we were unable to locate the necessary tool to remove the tires. I came in needing new brake lines and they were able to get me set up very quickly. I really appreciated this because I needed my truck available as soon as possible to get back to work. The waiting area is well stocked. They have two clean bathrooms, they have water, coffee, snacks, a TV. Someone brought in pizza and the guys shared with me. Someone else brought in fresh coffee and hung out in the waiting area for a while. It was actually a really nice morning. I would go here again.

These guys do outstanding work! I brought my truck in for an alignment and could tell immediately upon leaving that it's straight and true now. Called a couple days prior and they set me up for an AM drop off, Picked it up a few hours later. Their prices are far better than what a dealer would charge for an alignment! Very happy!

Had my muffler fixed and now it's louder than it was before. Called asked if it could be the heat shield and now would have to wait until Monday to have it looked at. I paid to have my car fixed and they can't even listen to it. Very disappointed.

I don't know why y'all put red loctite on my caliper bolts but I had a horrible time replacing my brake calipers... Y'all need some more experienced people who know what they're doing. This is coming from an unexperienced person who does his own maintenance

I typically do not leave reviews, but I am impressed! I had an aging and leaky flex pipe. They repaired it well, and my expectations have been exceeded! The price was very fair, and the service from Dave was great. I'll definitely recommend them to friends and family. Update: after eight months the flex pipe has failed. I came in today to have them take a look at it. I must say that the impression they left the first time has been earned yet again. The customer service here from everyone is still top notch! The staff here know how to take care of their customers and instill trust. I’ll definitely be coming back for future vehicle work!

I took my wife's vehicle in for an alignment after completing suspension work. I'm a happy repeat customer. They called very quickly after telling me it could be a couple hours and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle they could not produce me a before and after sheet of the specs, which is standard practice when getting an alignment completed. The guys are nice and the car drove fine but it I was looking forward to knowing those numbers. I've been made aware their printer has been fixed since and they apologized.

These guys are GOOD! I just "walked" in to get an estimate, and drove out with a new muffler and exhaust pipe.. The original estimate was way outside my budget, but they were able to come up with a safe and cost-effective solution. I asked on two or three Facebook groups which shops should I avoid and why, and which shops they would recommend. AA Muffler & Brakes got more votes than any other repair facility. Highly recommended. [They have 'MUFFLER' in their name , duh!] As a "walk-in" I was in and out in under 75 minutes. That NEVER happens. 😕 Thank you Double-A!
