★☆☆☆☆ Donna was extremely unprofessional. She tried to push the most expensive solution before even seeing my vehicle and refused to consider any other options. When I questioned her, she lectured me about herself rather than addressing the issue. It felt like she was trying to take advantage of the situation. Very poor customer service and not what I expect from AAA.
