This was an extremely positive experience. My call was picked up promptly. Steve picked up my call and was very nice and informative. Upon telling Steve that I would like to get a quote, he transferred me to Corey. Corey was very nice, highly informative, professional and efficient. Jaime Carolina, the representative for Good Sam, was a great blend of knowledgeable presentation, professionalism, and a friendly and helpful attitude. He answered almost all of my questions immediately; the one he was unsure of, he was able to respond to my query within a few minutes. Jaime is an example of the ideal representative. The coverage is extensive at a reasonable price. The company is reliable; it is not one of those fly-by-night companies that solicit by phone. I would highly recommend good Sam insurance for anyone taking a long trip with your truck and fifth wheel and family. It truly is a secure, feeling knowing you are covered in just about any situation. And the staff are fantastic. recently good Sam discovered that I had two identical policies and notified me that they were canceling one and refunding me the second premium. who does that in this day and age. Also, when I called recently to double check on my policies, the first agent I talked to help me to a point where he didn’t have the information I was requesting so rather than pushing me off, he immediately stopped me and said I don’t have that information but i will get you somebody who does have it. He then transferred me to Christina, who spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me going the extra 10 miles, and walk me through each of my policies, so that I thoroughly understood everything. that was fantastic, I had no idea I have that much coverage at such a low rate and she was pleasant about it all the way through. We had a good laugh at the end and I believe we have parted friends. The staff always make sure you’re completely satisfied before disconnecting. If I could give them 10 stars I would. thank you good Sam.

I told him to let me think about the quotes, he followed up with an email and I responded the next day letting him know I was interested. I called today to cancel my good sam esp. I spoke to Barbara. She said I needed a reason to cancel. I said I decided I don’t want it anymore. She said that’s not a good enough reason to cancel. Automatic credit card payments will continue. So then I said I sold the rv. She said she needed to know when I sold it and to who. She wanted me to transfer the plan to that person. I told her I don’t have that information. I wouldn’t give it out even if I did. I never asked for a refund of any kind. I just wanted to stop the charges on my card. It was a very stressful, frustrating process. After she finally agreed to cancel she tried to sell me auto insurance and extended warranty’s for our cars. Ridiculous.
