Outstanding experience getting my oil changed here! The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. Cesar took care of my car promptly and even provided some additional recommendations without any pressure. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the whole process stress-free. I'll definitely be returning for all my future oil changes. Highly recommended!"

I have only positive things to say about my experience at CBA. From the beginning to the end, every person I spoke to was kind, thoughtful, and patient. I highly recommend this specific location for car issues. I will definitely be coming back with any issues in the future.

I've taken my vehicle here twice for repairs, and both times was pleased with the service. I love the text updates and that all work suggestions are submitted in writing and with photos. Also, the cookies at the desk are the best.

Alternator died while driving and had car towed here for repair. Alternator and battery replacement was completed. Three things would make me not recommend this shop to others: 1) Received a quote, signed for the work, then was called explaining that the quote was incorrect because not enough labor was included. I signed a quote and that initial quote should have been honored. 2) Inspection said battery needed replacement. Car was towed here with a completely dead battery because the alternator failed. Inspection notes didn’t say battery was charged before testing. I called to ask and they ensured me that it was in their private notes of the inspection that I couldn’t see. I asked for the old battery to be left in the car by phone and text to verify this because my battery wasn’t very old and seemed to be doing fine. The old battery was not left in the car so I have pretty low confidence it was actually dead. 3) As is typical with chain auto shops a lot of red flagged “necessary” items that came up in the inspection are not extremely conservative and not actually necessary, should be flagged yellow. I am pretty used to this, but wanted to make others aware of this or else you’ll be spending $6k every visit.

My car died and thankfully they were located just a few minutes from my work, they did extensive diagnostics to find out everything that needed attention and provided amazing information and some advice to help me with my situation. Because of the kindness they all showed me, especially John, I won't take my car anywhere else but here. Thank you all!

I feel ripped off and was lied tool . I used them years ago. They use to be good. I wanted to get my car looked at. I wasnt sure if they still did it for free. The guy said it cost $180. I looked online and there website said free courtesy inspection. Which was included but was charged to diagnosis the codes. I already knew what the codes were and that it needed a tune up. I just wanted to see if it was safe to drive because of all the noise. They should've explained what I was paying for. i paid to find out what I already knew. Pretty disappointment.

2011 Ford Fiesta's transmission wouldn't go into reverse. CBA diagnosed the problem and fixed the Fiesta. Straight forward and easy for me. Thanks CBA

I went to Christian Brothers for the first time last month for an oil change. I had a great experience. A few weeks later I found out my hood latch was broken and remembered they were the last one to work on my vehicle. I brought it to their attention and they assessed the damage(s). Instead of giving me a hard time and charging me, they took care of the issue and had everything replaced, with no hassle. Thank you for your honest work and for making my experience with you smooth and effortless.

Friendly people, were not pushy, did not question me (female) why I wanted to replace my brake booster check valve or insult me by asking what was wrong that I wanted to replace it. These were all qualities that were important to me. They also gave a courtesy check, checking all my fluid levels, looking to see if I had any oil leaks anywhere, checked my tires, etc & gave recommendations on issues they found. They even supplied photos of what they found & emailed them to me! All of this I’d never experienced before, nor was expecting. When I declined the issues they found to be fixed, they just said OK and then just replaced my check valve. Their price was great, & a lot cheaper than their chain competitor just down the street. I was impressed with the whole process and will definitely be using them again.

Christian Brothers tried to scare me into replacing my entire engine, claiming my car “wouldn’t make it home.” They told me it was blowing white smoke, that combustion gases were leaking into the coolant system, and that I needed a full engine replacement. I told them numerous times that I had no signs of engine failure, but instead of listening they brushed me off and said, “we were just the unlucky ones to find it.” Thankfully, I took my car to Saul’s Autotek, where an actual mechanic ran the proper tests. The engine passed all checks. The real issue? A small water pump leak. No hydrocarbons were found in the coolant system, so Christian Brothers’ claim was flat-out impossible. On top of that, they tried to upsell me on replacing nearly all of my fluids — including an oil change I had literally done just a week before. That’s not just careless, it’s dishonest. This wasn’t a mistake — it was a blatant attempt to take advantage of me and get me to spend thousands of dollars I didn’t need to. Dishonest, predatory, and unprofessional. I will never return here, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to go to a mechanic who actually knows what they’re talking about. Edit - they have said that they checked and have proof my engine is going to fail but the other shop conducted numerous tests, including hydrocarbons and a block test, and said my engine is running perfectly. Christian Brothers did not provide any reasonable proof. They thought the engine got too hot but admitted they did not know. I was expected to take their word regarding the white smoke, there was no evidence or photos to support their claim. They had different stories on where and how my car was driven as well, one being 20min around the complex and the other 20min up the highway. For them to not acknowledge their mistake says everything about their character and nothing about my car. It was hard news to hear that they tried to rip me off. I am not upset that my engine is dying - because it’s not. I see a lot of women dealing with similar issues from this shop.

Have had great experiences everytime I've been here. They provide detailed reports of their findings and even include photos and videos, which I really appreciate. I've found them to be very honest and easy to work with. Roscoe is great!

Roscoe is the man! Once the inspection was done he walked me through the repairs clearly. Once I approved the got it done next day. I was rear ended and need a new trunk door for my hatch back. When I picked up my vehicle he got on the computer and showed me a website and found a new door for me with contact info for the seller. Above and beyond customer service and a great mechanic shop. Highly recommend.

My desire is to frequent/support Christian-owned businesses. I believe this Christian-owned franchise is that. Generally very solid work, albeit fairly expensive (I managed to get a coupon for this latest service). They have a shuttle service but a simple oil change and inspection takes about an hour. Recommended.

Everyone was courteous and respectful, but I find it very concerning I was recommended replacement of transmission fluid when the transmission is only 2 months old. When I asked about this, they said they just added a bunch of services to my recommended list due to the mileage of my vehicle and not having any prior maintenance history. This does not seem honest and trustworthy and I won’t be returning.

referred a colleague to Christian Brothers, and today he came into my office afterward raving about the experience—a full 10/10! Thank you for consistently delivering exceptional service, not just for my family but for anyone I send your way. It’s rare to find a shop we can trust completely, and even rarer to find one we’re proud to recommend. Keep up the fantastic work!

I took my daughter's car (2017 Honda CR-V) in for a routine oil change and Air Conditioning recharge. During the initial debrief, I pointed out that she had hit something at some point and one of the brackets holding the front bumper had snapped, causing the bumper to droop a bit. I also asked them to do a courtesy inspection to help uncover anything I might not be aware of as the car has just crossed 100k miles. Roscoe was my contact and he was AMAZING! Very attentive, listened to my concerns, shared real feedback with no sales slant to it. He pointed out the services that were otherwise necessary and the ones that were highly recommended or were on the list but not urgently important. When I asked for his wisdom on certain services, he shared transparently and honestly, leaving the decision to me to make, with absolutely no pressure. It was great. There were some services that appeared as coming soon or recommended and we discussed each of them. Some of them he even said that the need might not justify the cost. It was truly refreshing. My biggest fear is that I send my daughter into a car shop and they sell her overpriced services that she doesn't need. That would not have been the case here. The transparency was awesome, the friendliness welcomed and I finally walked out at the end of the day, having spent $1,200 but having received actual value for the money spent. AND... they reattached the bumper without charge. I knew it was a $1 clip but wasn't sure they would have it in stock, yet alone what they would charge to put it back together. They didn't charge me anything and the bumper looked like it had never come off. The last two appointments I had were with Honda on Arapahoe. Both experiences were less than optimal. Every charge came with a 15% markup for "shop supplies". One of them amounted to $40 and it irked me to no end. In fairness, they took it off when I asked/insisted but they reiterated that next time they couldn't/wouldn't remove it. Well guess what, there won't be a next time. I am 100% sold on Christian Brothers for all my car servicing needs going forward. They have the know how, the right parts and most of all, the best people. Again, Roscoe was terrific and created an experience that left me with a wow, rather than an irritable ride home. If you are wondering if CBA is right for you, give them a chance to earn your business. I promise you won't be disappointed.
