We repeatedly kept getting bad services. With the last previous service, they were about 2 hours behind promised time. Today's service, which was an oil change, I was told about 1 to 1 1/2 hour. Well, it was 2 hours and 15 minutes before I get to leave that place (only because I told one the tech that I HAVE to leave). Oil change...2H 15Mins $58.60 😡😡😡 If you don't see me driving a Subaru Ascent, this dealership is the reason why.

Mr. Kanin Not Prasertsin provided outstanding service for my 2016 Subaru Forester. I brought it in for a recall and they found a problem with the rear struts and it only has 23,000 miles on it. When I hesitated on the repair cost, he told me he would get back to me. He called the main office for Subaru and got authorization for the parts and repair free of charge. I told him this was my first Subaru, but it would not be my last. Thank you for going above and beyond. Deborah

I placed an order for 4 parts to be shipped to me. I received 3 of the 4 parts. There was no mention of multiple shipments. So I called and got no answer. I left messages, I got no returned calls. I emailed, I got no returned emails. So now I have an angry customer who has an incomplete repair and a parts department that is incapable of counting to FOUR! They also seem incapable of any kind of customer service to help me fix the problem that they have left me in. I urge you to source your parts form anywhere but here even if that process involves fighting large mythical beasts, large amounts of physical and mental pain. It would still be better than AutoNations Parts dept. (reference order number 5423366)

I purchased a 2020 Outback Onyx yesterday from Mikey O and he was the absolute best! I was nervous and hesitant, I've always been a Toyota girl but decided to take a look at the Outback. He explained everything and didn't make me feel clueless. I am a professional nature photographer and wanted something that can take me to the places I need to adventure to, as well as be comfortable and hold all my gear. Mikey made the process easy and he never once pressured me into anything. I can't wait to get out and explore more, I'm so thankful for Mikey and the rest of the team at AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe.

I want to thank Taylor Frangella Sayyora Arifkhanova from AutoNation for their work, they were patient, responsive, kind to us and tried to satisfy our requests and answer all questions. At the moment, in any Toyota dealership, you need to pre-order and wait from 6 months. Almost all Subaru models are available in this dealership and if you need a new car in less than a month and you also want quality service, then I recommend these guys.

Not impressed. Ordered some parts from here; paid for shipping to my house. Later, they decided not to ship them at all. Emailed multiple times for clarification… no response. Called multiple times… put on hold for 10, 20, 30 minutes - I have better things to do with my time than wait on hold. Finally, drove 45 minutes and just showed up. They didn’t have the parts ready after all - I ended up waiting around for another hour for them to figure out what’s going on. In the end, I did get the parts I paid for, but the process was miserable. They wasted so much of my time! Customer service is low on their list of priorities. These days, there are many other ways to get Subaru parts. I’ll be using those instead of Arapaho Subaru. I’d recommend you do the same.

The parts department provided me great service. I am a frequent buyer of parts from Autonation Subaru Arapahoe, and on my latest purchase I had a little mixup on parts. I went back and Andrew and Victoria were absolutely amazing on their service. Andrew initially helped me out and helped me find the correct part I was after and because of a weird situation with the current part I had purchased, he directed me to Victoria, the parts manager. He went above and beyond and followed up with her and informed her of my situation and she then reached out to me to help me out with a solution. I am now with the correct parts and I am beyond impressed with the level of service and respect they have for their customers. If you need parts head to Autonation Subaru.

Had a great experience with this dealership. They were very accommodating and helpful. Ian Hinkel helped me out by showing all of the available used cars within my price range. Thank you. Will be back.

I really enjoyed having my car serviced here! I was able to schedule an appointment early enough that I could drop off my car before work and take the shuttle into the office. Not only was the shuttle easy to figure out and very efficient, there were free donuts and coffee while I was waiting. This is not the Subaru dealership that I bought my car from, but I wish I had! The technician was able to figure out what was wrong with my car right away and fix it for $0. I feel like I came out ahead because of the free breakfast! I look forward to having my car serviced here going forward.

I bought a used car from them worth 40,000 and during the warranty period I took it twice to have the brakes, suspension, and electrical details repaired, twice I lost days of work resulting in loss of money so that the next day Tell me that nothing was done to the vehicle. This was the second car I bought with Subaru and this time I think it was the last. I was very well attended by their Latino employees, but their repair area is very inefficient. Completely dissatisfied with this issue

Do not get your parts from the Parts Center if you maintain your car yourself and want genuine Subaru parts. I bought my WRX in 2020 from the AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe dealership. I had a great experience with the dealership so I have been getting all my parts from this location ever since. A few days ago, I went to the Parts Center to get some of my usual maintenance parts - engine oil, oil filter, drain plug gasket, engine & cabin filter, and brake fluid. The Parts Center gentleman who helped me was friendly and great like usual. I paid and had a feeling I was charged more than the last couple times I had been there, but I didn't think too deeply about it. But while I was changing my oil, I ended up needing another quart of engine oil, so I went to Groove Subaru off of South Broadway since it's way closer to me. That is when I realized that the Arapahoe Parts Center charged me almost double for all the engine oil parts (oil and gasket) [See attached images - I went to the different Parts Centers only days apart]. While Groove Subaru charged me $11.59 for a quart of synthetic 5w-30 engine oil, AutoNation Arapahoe charged me $20.59. I was shocked so I did some more research online for all the parts I purchased. MSRP of a gallon of synthetic 5w-30 engine oil is around $46.74, while AutoNation charged me $75.32. MSRP of a drain plug gasket is $1.67, I got charged $3.67. From my research, I found that the Parts Center was charging close to double for engine maintenance related items, the rest of the parts (e.g. brake fluid, engine & cabin filters) were only a couple dollars more than the MSRP which I thought was reasonable. I called the Arapahoe Parts Center today and asked why I got charged so much for some of the parts. The gentleman on the phone told me it was a "service" fee as it is on the Parts Center techs to triple check and make sure they give you the right parts for your car. I get it that I'm going to a dealership service center parts store, so a service fee is no brainer, but making a part almost double because of that? I knew exactly what parts I needed and all the gentleman did was ask my VIN number so he can look up the parts and grab them for me. Just like when I went on AutoNation's parts website and they asked me to enter my vehicle's VIN number or year/make, and they showed me the exact products I needed without a huge fee. If you like getting genuine Subaru parts like I do, I highly recommend either getting your parts online (since it is cheaper), or if you don't like waiting, paying for shipping or aren't as comfortable purchasing parts online, go to Subaru Groove on South Broadway. It's sad that I can't trust the dealership that I purchased my car from anymore, but I am definitely going back to Subaru Groove to get parts and get my car serviced from now on as I feel like I can trust them. The Parts Center did end up refunding me just $8 in total, but AutoNation Subaru lost a loyal customer today because of their predatory business practices.

Sales experience was fine. We purchased a used vehicle and was upsold on the Gold level extended warranty. Within 13000 miles the transmission failed. Warranty company stated it was the dealerships fault. Dealership said it was an outside factor. So the warranty was worthless and we had to pay the full amount. Within a few weeks, the car completely failed again. Subaru thinks it might be a wire harness and alternator. Once again, warranty company is denying the claim. Avoid Auto Nation Subaru used cars and warranties.

Went in a few days ago to get a rear tail light replaced. I worked with Darnell in parts. GREAT guy. Was knowledgeable, helpful, and came out from behind the desk to make sure I didn't have any other lights out so we could get any replacements done all at once. He also gave me a few good tips and advice on buying another pare, in addition to showing me how to replace the light myself, but said the dealership would happily help me too. He cared about helping me, was nice and helpful in the process, and I WILL be returning as a result of working with him. Nice job, Darnell.

Had a 9:00 appointment and after waiting 40 minutes we went to tract someone down. What's the point of an appointment? Once we found our rep, he was apologetic and found the loaner car we were told we could use. Hopefully the repairs go well.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Autonation Jeep Chrysler 22 May 24. This experience was night and day from what I initially encountered with Autonation Subaru! I was greeted outside, then escorted inside and matched to an outstanding sales staff Ian & Paul. I ended up working with Paul, who added that personal/professional touch welcomed me in the space, heard my needs/concerns on a cash purchase, since this vehicle would be utilized to service a higher end clientèle for my lux car service. After we went through all the information, he came up with a few solid solutions. We agreed on the vehicle, I was set to purchase. During a three hour period, Paul & his team made sure refreshments and updates were quickly communicated as they came in.... Unfortunately, the Audi Q7 Paul diligently worked to get over to his Autonation Subaru branch to close the deal, hit an unforseen snag... I can't get into all the details right now.... Although I regret not making this purchase with Autonation Subaru. As a Veteran, I'm grateful that I got a chance to experience genuine quality service amongst the Subaru team members & Paul. I needed to shine a light on Paul & the Subaru team! If it wasn't for this experience with Autonation Subaru...after the unique experience & deficitI I incurred with Autonation Jeep Chrysler I don't have anything kind or appropriate to say.... I do believe they did not meet & or exceed the company's mission statement from start til yesterday when my Q7 was returned!!

Had a great experience with salesman Nick Dragan. My situation was complicated and he worked tirelessly to make the deal happen without ever being pushy or false. This was not my first rodeo but it was by far the best.

Really shady business practices. We were lied to about the terms of our loan. We were promised no prepayment penalties, but are now finding out that is not the case. We would not have purchased a vehicle had we known this. They were also consistently sexist. After my wife spent 6 hours at the dealership test driving HER car that SHE paid for, I showed up for 10 minutes at the end, and they defaulted me as the point of contact. Now when she goes in for service, they can’t even find her contract when they look up her phone number because they only used mine. Really bummed we spent our money here.

Extremely disappointed with AutoNation Subaru of Arapahoe. I would give it a zero star if I could. Tito Alvizuris does not honor his word and uses misleading tactics that completely waste your time. We were given a high offer over the phone for our vehicle after providing the VIN, all vehicle information, and photos upfront. We were very clear that we would not accept anything less than the negotiated price. Based on that promise, we drove 2.5 hours to the dealership. When we arrived, Tito was not even there. The person who assisted us instead spent a long time dragging things out and repeatedly wasting our time. After hours of waiting, they suddenly came back with an offer $6,000 LESS than what was agreed to over the phone. When we questioned why they were renegotiating after making it clear we would not accept less, the response was essentially “I don’t know, sorry for wasting your time”—as if losing 5–6 hours of our day (including the long drive there and back) was no big deal. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch: inflate an offer to get you in the door, then lower it once you’re already there and stuck. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. I would strongly advise others to get everything in writing or avoid this dealership altogether if you value honesty and transparency.
