These guys did a great job for me! I called him up with a pretty big job to do on my truck and they were able to get me in the next day, and get it taken care of without any issues. They were fair priced compared to what other shops have told me. The facility is clean and so are the mechanics. I think the next time I have any automotive work to be done, I’m gonna go to these guys first.

Very pleasant! I was able to get an appointment when I wanted. Three ball joints were replaced, rear brakes replaced, and an alignment. I was able to get my vehicle back by end of day which was greatly appreciated. Fair prices!

I do a lot of my own work, but when I realized that I had a leaking rear axle seal, I realized that it would be better to bring my vehicle into a shop to press the new bearings and seals and I had a few other things that I didn't have the time to complete myself. This shop is only a few blocks from my house, but I hadn't used them before. Everyone was extremely professional and got the work requested completed quickly and for a reasonable price. Another shop quoted me 50% more in price, wouldn't warranty the work, and told me that it would take a day and a half of labor (pretty ridiculous). They also we planning on using the wrong diff oil weight, which also sent of red flags. B&A did the work quickly and warrantied the work for 2 years. B&A was professional and did everything right; including the owner, Bill, following up today to make sure I was happy with the repairs.

These guys are the best, the only shop i would ever take any of my vehicles to. Reliable, knowledgeable, first class service!!! I normally work on my own vehicles. Very reliable, personable service. Won't try to add tickets to your vehicle to make money. THE ONLY SHOP I TRUST THE ALIGNMENT ON! Bill is a great knowledgeable contact. B & A Automotive is a top-shelf automotive repair shop in my book, they are honest, highly skilled professionals that actually provide true customer service. I was quite surprised when I received a text from Bill the owner the next day after our car had been in the shop to make sure everything was alright with the car and if we were satisfied with our experience. We put new tires on my wife's GMC Terrain and thus brought it in to B & A Automotive for a front and back wheel alignment. When the tech attempted to align the rear tires there was no wheel camber and toe adjustments. Kelly called me and explained the situation. Apparently, GM purposely does not install rear wheel camber and toe adjustments from the factory so an adjustment kit must be purchased aftermarket to perform the rear wheel alignment. That being said, a rear wheel camber and toe adjustment kit was installed and the complete wheel alignment was completed. A computer readout of the toe and camber indicated the rear was way out of alignment. If Kelly had not brought this to my attention I would never had known there was an issue and ultimately my new tires would have worn out sooner. Reviews are important to me and other consumers as we attempt to locate good reputable businesses and products. With that being said, some people seem to always have issues regardless of how good a product or service is and that's on them, apparently, their expectations are on a plain they can't even replicate. Good mechanics and honest caring businesses are hard to come by in this day and age, which is why B & A Automotive is my go-to automotive repair shop.

Went to B&A for a second opinion at the recommendation of a friend. I struggled to get through to them once or twice (I'd go straight to voicemail, then wouldn't get a call back). Once I got through, they were amazing. Bill and Kelly were both incredibly helpful even on the phone, talking through the problem, even proposing ways I could test it out on my own before taking it in. Taking it in, they test drove it to find the problem, did relatively major work, and test drove it again to ensure it was resolved. Very communicative and great work. Best of all, I told them I might be due for a specific item at 60k miles, they took a look, and told me it was in great condition and recommended I not do the work. Deeply appreciative for that honesty!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. They are so amazing at every issue we had with a recent car purchased for our daughter. They always get us in with no holds and perform the diagnostic and work with not much hold up. Their prices are extremely fair and they stay in vintage with you on everything they look at and give knowledgeable I formation about each issue that needs to be corrected. I hate dealing with mechanics in all my years and can say Kelly and his team are hands down the best I ever had to work with and will refer everyone to them and use them for any future car things we need. I highly recommend this repair facility to anyone looking for a good, honest team of people to help with their vehicle needs. I had some specialty tires mounted and balanced and they did a GREAT JOB! Really unhappy with the news I just got from my dealership. I took my 2022 Volvo xc 40 to B&A for my last oil change. Told them specifically to make sure they replaced the o ring with the proper metal fitting otherwise it would leak, which 1500mi later happened. I took it back and they were very apologetic and gave me a free oil change that time. What they didn't tell me, that I just found out from my dealer is that they stripped the oil filter housing bolt. Really pissed at this news and lack of honesty from B&A.
