I came in without an appt. My radiator had developed a leak. They took me in anyway and fixed the issues in a day and a half. New radiator, water pump, thermostat and $2800 (Ouch!!!) later I’m back on the road. The staff is professional and polite. Still to be determined, though, is a high frequency vibration felt throughout the car that still exists since two services ago. I’ll keep you updated. That’s another story and review when it gets resolved.

I brought my Jeep in for an oil leak and was told the diagnostic evaluation would cost $250, which would be applied toward the repair. After the diagnostic, I was informed where the oil leak was coming from, along with several additional “possible issues” — one of which was a thermostat problem that I had already repaired at this same dealership two years ago. Even after providing proof that I paid $314 for the thermostat repair at this facility, I was still quoted $587 to “repair” it again, with no willingness to work with me on the pricing or acknowledge the prior service. When I asked if the $250 diagnostic fee could instead be applied toward a brake fluid flush, a future oil change, or even the thermostat repair, I was told it could only be applied to the oil leak repair. That felt rigid and like poor customer service. Additionally, the service representative was unable to locate any of my service records with this dealership, despite the fact that I’ve brought my vehicle here multiple times for repairs. Ironically, the independent shop I took my Jeep to afterward was able to pull up my full repair history on Carfax within minutes. Ultimately, I picked up my vehicle and took it to a reputable independent shop, where I received a significantly cheaper and more reasonable quote. Between the inflexibility, pricing, and lack of accurate records, this experience was disappointing and not what I expect from a dealership service department.

Walked in with no inquiry made prior to and did what I’ve never done before due to the experience (traded/purchased two cars within a week). Yair was my sales rep who was great to work with. He was consultative, patient, showed interest in conversation (even as I may have rambled a bit outside of the scope of what I was there for). Though, he was transparent and listened very well to my needs. He worked with his manager to identify the right cars. This was the surprising part - they nailed the recommendations for both cars purchased the first time around. Post negotiations, finance was understanding and great to work with all around. I highly recommend this team due to their approach. They don’t fit the mold of a “car salesmen” organization. Rather, more consultants and advisors. Appreciate you, Yair.

Sales guys Kevin and Yiar were both great. Management was pushy, I agreed they could call to follow-up if I hadn't reached out in a week, got 2 calls from 2 separate managers 14 hrs later. Finance guy Aaron refused to respect us declining a 10 year service plan at least 8 times and continued the hard sell with absolutely made up numbers. They were the only dealer in the state that had the model/trim i wanted, I will avoid at all costs.

My friend recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. During her lease conversation, Gus explicitly told her "miles don't matter" despite her persistent questioning and he later acknowledged that he said it. When she returned the vehicle, she was informed she was over mileage and expected to pay $10k in fees. When she brought up her previous conversation with Gus, she was instructed to "refer to the fine print" in the contract - a dismissive response that completely ignored the verbal assurances she relied on. This kind of behavior raises serious concerns about the integrity and transparency of the staff. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to seek out a reputable dealership that values honesty and customer trust as, unfortunately, this does not appear to be one of them!

The first thing that I will mention is that I live in San Antonio, Tx. and this is my first time to be buying a car that is out of state. I was apprehensive about the purchase only because it was my first time but I had the good fortune to be working with Mr. Ridley who was so professional in his communication as well as timely in my request for more photos the car. My jeep had a misfire. It’s only three years old, Took it to the AutoNation on Arapahoe because the Autonation closer to my house in Littleton had horrible customer service, never put it in the system that my Jeep had been inspected for a recall and passed/didn’t need to fix anything. I had to uber to work that day so I was upset when they hadn’t done their job correctly. I wasted money. I was extremely happy with the service that the AutoNation on Arapahoe gave me. Text messages throughout the process. They seemed very concerned about what AutoNation Littleton location had told me/not done. When I text asking for an update I got a quick response from Brody, when he was out Rob jumped right in and text me. Being able to text is so much easier for me than trying to track someone down to get on the phone then have to write down every thing they say to relay to my dad and boyfriend who were going to ask what was wrong with my Jeep. So much easier to copy and paste. When I went in to pick up my Jeep Brody and the service team were very friendly, walked me through everything. I will go back to this location.

Brought my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in for a recall item and additional maintenance work that needed to done at the 30,000 mile interval. I was well taken care of by Brodie, my service Rep. He answered all my questions, prepared an accurate estimate of cost and time to repair. As the time to get all the work done was going to stretch into the following day. He arranged for a ride home and back the next day. The work was completed by the time I arrived the next morning. A very pleasant process and the Trailhawk is riding and operating very well.

With the recalls recently, and the stress from that, I felt that Autonation did a good job of ensuring their customers had transportation during this period. I wanted to say thank you to the Jeep Service department, especially Brodie Turner. I had to return my Jeep a few times, other than the recall, and Brodie and the service department made it right. Nothing feels worse than not having your Wrangler, and not knowing what is wrong with it, but Brodie reached out frequently, and reassured me that they would find the problem and fix it. Charlie has never driven better. Autonation has, and always will be my go-to dealership to ensure Charlie is taken care of.
