I was new in Sacramento when I first discovered Kniesel's Auto Service. I was skeptical of having my car worked on since I wasn't familiar with any auto services around here, and also from previous experiences. As soon as I called Kniesel's, I was greeted with a warm welcome. I thought I'd give it a try since the reviews were positive. I scheduled an appointment and while the men took care of my car, I relaxed in their cozy waiting room. They have water/coffee, television, and a really cool fish to look at called Ms Nono. I received great service before and after my visit at Kniesel's. I definitely recommend anyone who is looking for reliable auto services! Kniesel's has earned a lifetime customer! This was my second visit to Kniesel's. Mike helped me both times. First time was for an oil change which was very good service! This time it was to get my car smog done. It was quick and efficient, even on short notice. Even topped off my oil, for no charge, as my car is older and eats through oil. I am very happy with the service and customer care given. I will definitely be using Kniesel's for all my car services, and recommend you. Thanks for being so awesome!

Robert was friendly and helpful to solve my solution. He explained things clearly and everything feom ordering the part, appointment, and repair time and pick up went as he planned. I recommend AAA Citrus Heights. Oh, specifically, we had a battery replaced in our VW Atlas. And yes, they do the programming of the battery!

Every time we take our cars to this place, we receive excellent customer services. When our son took his car for oil change and tire rotation of his car, he was told he didn't need to do tire rotation this time. It's very hard to find a good honest mechanic and this is one of them. Today, we took our car to this place again because our rear door of our car didn't close. Sorry, we don't know his name, but he took a look at our car and fixed it quickly free of charge. We really appreciated it. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you very much for your services!!

I had a terrible experience here. I explained the issues I was having with my car, sounded like something that had to do with an engine mount or transmission issue, (shifting rough in and out of 2nd gear) I asked them to please diagnose the issue and instead they ran my Ob2 sensor. When I didn’t ask them to do that and told me, that’s why they are charging me also after charging me and wasting three days and leaving my car over the weekend making things really difficult for me already.. at By the time they gave my car back guess what they said, we do not work on internals. I was shocked! and haven’t had the time to post my experience till now. I was there about 2 weeks ago! Not a good shop sadly came out of pocket. Will be making a complaint to my insurance provider AAA More like a jiffy lube

I have been using their competitor for over 20 yrs. Well, no more! AAA prices are so reasonable, and I had no idea. I've had my oil changed here twice, and not only was it half the competitors price, but they went over future service to consider without being pushy. Also printed out a Carfax on my car. Excellent service and now I'm a loyal customer. My AAA membership is worth every penny.
